Great location but needs updating
Location
Old and dated. Road noise particularly in front bedroom as windows not a tight fit. Garage too far away.

Logement très bien situé, permettant de tout faire à pieds et de profiter du très joli centre d’Annecy et du lac.
La place de parking n’est pas sur place (environ 300 mètres) et je déplore que l’on ne nous l’ait pas dit à la remise des clés.

Appartement très bien situé avec commerces très proches
Panne d'ascenseur 1 journée pendant notre semaine et fuite d'eau dans la cave, qui nous a empêché d'utiliser l'eau pendant une journée aussi. Parking un peu éloigné du logement et pas assez haut quand le véhicule est équipé d'un coffre de toit.

Mobiliers à rafraîchir. La location de linge est hors de prix, la dimension de la literie n’est pas précisée les draps que j’avais emporté étaient trop petit.Il ne faisait pas chaud dans l’appartement , pas de chauffage, un chauffage d’appoint dans la SDB aurait été le bienvenu.
