About this apartment rental
Located on the Italian border, nicknamed "the pearl of France." The apartment is located 100 m from the sea beach in a residential area. The 4th floor with elevator, overlooking the garden of the residence, it is quiet. Equipped to receive 4/5 people. There is a swimming pool for residents. It consists of an entrance with cupboard, 1 kitchen, 1 living / living room opening onto a balcony with 1 convertible 2 places and 1 convertible 1 place, 1 room overlooking balcony, equipped with a double bed 160x200 and closet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
ACTIVITIES: Numerous hiking trails, ideal hikers and walkers. Boat trips / Casino / Botanical Gardens / museums / Monaco at 8 Km) / Market Ventimiglia at 9 Km).
Our friends the animals are not allowed. No smoking apartment.
A deposit check of 350 € will be required upon arrival, it will not be cashed and will be refunded upon departure unless damage or litigation.
If you do not want to clean the departure, you will be asked 35 €

Gennaro provides everything you need for a great stay in a perfectly located spot. The apartment is bijou but very well appointed. Even with 2 older teenagers we managed in the space just fine.
The main town is a really pleasant 15-20 minute walk away, but you still have cafes and amenities closer at hand if you want to avoid the main buss of town. Menton is the a truly glorious spot on the Cote D'Azure, and 'Feet in the Water' is a lovely base to enjoy it.
