The 4th floor with elevator, overlooking the garden of the residence, it is quiet. Equipped to receive 4/5 people. There is a swimming pool for residents. It consists of an entrance with cupboard, 1 kitchen, 1 living / living room opening onto a balcony with 1 convertible 2 places and 1 convertible 1 place, 1 room overlooking balcony, equipped with a double bed 160x200 and closet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

A deposit check of 350 € will be required upon arrival, it will not be cashed and will be refunded upon departure unless damage or litigation.
