Максимально удобное размещение квартиры. В квартире есть все необходимое и даже больше. Чисто. В середине отдыха поменяли постельное и полотенца. Понравилось все.

Loved the clean modern apartment. Excellent location in the Old Town. Bonus, not too many stairs to access. We lived our 6 night stay here. Definitely recommend.
A few spare rubbish bags would make life easier. You need to walk about 500 metres to take out rubbish. When you are on holidays the last thing you want to remember is yo buy spare garbage bags.

The apartment is small but decorated with taste. It is new and practical. Mentone is a nice town to spend a week of holidays. Wifi worked well, tv with channels for the hottest hours to be entertained, clean, modern.
We requested very last minute one more night and Marco was responsive at all times.
The apartment is perfect for a young couple but no for a toddler (we were with our 2 years old) and definitely for no more than 2 people… it was difficult to move around with the luggage’s of 3 of us and we asked for not voy to have the extra space (we slept for separate, one with the baby upstairs and one downstairs…) apart from that, Mentone is built uphill, so it was quite hard to go up and down the beach specially in the warmest hours (we were going early to the beach but it is impossible not to get some hit in the middle of the day). I wouldn’t recommend for a family for these reasons.
