Très bon emplacement, proche du Vieux Menton et des plages. Proche aussi de la frontière italienne. L'équipement du logement est suffisant.
Un peu bruyant en raison du boulevard sous les fenêtres. Propreté très moyenne au moment de récupérer le logement, notamment par terre. Le parking gratuit est un peu loin à pied (payant de juillet à septembre). Zones bleues partout autour (3h max) et très peu de places pour se garer. Attention la tête sur la mezzanine : plafond bas pour coucher.

Proximité mer Bus et train à proximité très pratique. Utiliser la ligne 600 du bus, petit prix comparé au train.
