Could have used a hand towel for keeping kitchen tidy.

Great location in a beautiful town

First the good. This is a great area of town and it is in a beautiful village. Very walkable to the beach and down to the main drag. The apartment was left clean, the hosts left a manual to help with where to go and they also left a thoughtful welcome gift with water and snacks. Important to know before you book: there are 3 flights of stairs to climb with your luggage just to get in the apartment, and one more set to climb inside to get upstairs. It was not easy to get our luggage up there and the elderly and very young should consider that before booking. Do not try to bring a stroller up there. The home is advertised as a 2 bedroom, which should mean two enclosed rooms with doors on each. Instead, the top floor is merely one open space with partial curtains hanging. We felt it was somewhat misrepresented in photos, as it appears as though photos are taken of two separate bedrooms with a third open area behind a curtain. There is an expectation that when advertised as two bedrooms, you should be able to reasonably expect two separate rooms with closing doors and windows and privacy. If you are traveling with family it’s ok, but if you travel with friends it is not. Lastly, the downstairs shower drained very slowly. If you shower very quickly and don’t wash your hair it’s ok. If you take any time in the shower it will overflow unless you turn the water off while scrubbing. We notified the owner who said he would fix this, however no one showed up during our stay. Overall this property is in a great location and if you are traveling with family only, and carrying backpacks instead of luggage you should be fine.
