Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral, 2 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Tiefgarage, 2 Minuten Fußweg zum einen Strand und circa 5 Minuten Fußweg zum zweiten Strand. Viele gute Lokale sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwei Supermärkte in der Straße.

Cleanliness and comfort; a well-kept renovated spacious apartment with plenty of sunlight and equpped with all necessary facilities for shorter or longer stays, for smaller or larger groups; excellent location on a main pedestrian street near the old town, next to the beach + supermarkets, shops and renown patisseries and boulangeries all around; an old 19th century yet well preserved and renovated safe and quiet building; convenient and affordable underground parking (Hôtel de Ville) 2 min away, other parkings in vicinity; keys are easy to collect in short walking distance; the lack of elevator in the building was not an obstacle at all.
