Great location and well equipped apartment.

We were met by Michele who handed over the keys and showed us around the apartment. Good to know where everything was and got to practise my limited French!! This apartment comfortably housed 5 of us - 2 adults and 3 teenage daughters. We are so close to the action. Apartment was very clean and thoughtfully laid out. Host was very good. Would definitely stay here again if we are fortunate to come back.

The mattress in the main room was a bit uneven and rolled me into the centre, but a small inconvenience for an otherwise amazing apartment.

10/10 perfect, would stay again and again!

My favorite rental ever. The most perfect location right on the old city stairs, just meters from the beach, restaurants, and shops. So beautiful and charming, and the best equipped AirBnB ever— it has A/C, a Dyson AirBlade, coffee and tea, a washer AND dryer (with laundry soap!), and even beach supplies! Cecile was the best host, even offering to pick us up from the train station and show us around town. And Menton is the most charming town on the Cote d’Azure.

Best appartment in old town Menton you can find!

Beautiful apartment, well equipped with everything you can wish for. Best imaginable location in old town, close to the beach. Comfortable beds. Air condition. Washingmachine. Also close to parkinggarage where it is possible to rent space with possibility to charge electriccar. Excellent and easy contact with host. Price on the higher scale but really worth it

Fantastic!!!!

The location was just perfect we could hear the church bells from our living room window. Loved sipping coffee watching the view from the window- The church, the narrow alleys, old town charm. the beach was just 5 min away: The host was always able to respond immediately. Modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, decent size living room!

the bedrooms are a lil small but its an old building and wouldn’t expect much as we only used bedroom for sleeping at nite - most times we were outside or in living area. Carrying luggage over the steps from church area and down to apartment was not exactly fun or easy.

The only issue was the heat and I understand that there is nothing that lovely Cecile could have done due to the property restrictions to add heat exchange units outside the building. Unfortunately in hot temperatures the inside aircon units are a little inadequate as they generate heat as well as cool so the overall cooling benefit is reduced .

Fantastic apartments in the heart of town, 5 min from beach

Super nice apartments in the heart of the town. Clean, stylish, fresh - recently renovated. You could find everything you need for living there - for kitchen, cleaning, bathroom. Wifi is working fast. Beach is 5 min from the apartments. It is a sand beach (more small stones) with very good infrastructure- bars, restaurants, showers, safeguards. Cecile is very nice host - friendly, helpfull and responds very quickly to any question. We had a very nice stay at her place.

Charming, extremely clean and friendly.

The host was amazingly friendly and helpful. The accommodation and facilities were all modern and new whilst maintaining the character of the property. Everything was sparklingly clean. Cecile was courteous and catered for every need/query extremely swiftly and professionally and provided local information, helpful advice and recommendations. The accommodation was spotless and a small welcome pack containing gifts and basic groceries was thoughtful and appreciated. The perfect stay. Merci Beaucoup!

Séjour parfait pour la fête du Citron !

Notre hôtesse s’est montrée très disponible pour préparer notre séjour, et la personne qui nous a accueillis a pris le temps de nous présenter l’appartement en détail tout en partageant de précieux conseils. L’appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Son emplacement est idéal pour profiter pleinement de la vieille ville de Menton. Bien qu’il soit situé dans les fameux escaliers de la basilique Saint-Michel, nous n’avons pas été dérangés par le passage. Nous avons voyagé avec une voiture électrique, et l’hôtesse peut également donner accès, à tarif avantageux, à un parking communal équipé de bornes de recharge.

Superbe appartement plein de charme avec vue unique sur la basilique Saint Michel. L'appartement est très confortable et calme, chaque chambre est bien séparée (avec salles de douche spacieuses) ce qui évite de se gêner.

Nagyon jó helyen az óvárosban. A strand és a parkolóház mellett közvetlen. Tökéletesen mindennel felszerelt, szépen berendezett, tiszta apartman. Kedves segítőkész tulajjal.

A megközelítés csomagokkal kicsit nehezebb a nyári melegben a lépcsőkön keresztül. Tipp: a teremgarázs utolsó előtti gyalogos kijárata liftes, onnét legkönnyebb elérni a lakást.

בסופו של דבר הבעל הדירה הייתה מאוד נחמדה. קיבלנו עזרה בנושא חניה שזה דבר מאו חשוב עם יש לכם רכב.

הינו 2 זוגות חברים בגלי סביב 60 .אפרט מנט עם 2 חדרי שינה ו מקלחת ו שירותים בכל חדר. מתאים ל 2 זוגות . מטבח קומפלט+ מדיח. אכלנו בוקר בדירה ו הינו יוצאים לטיול. המקום מרכזי על יד הכנסייה בעירה העתיקה , אבל צריך לעלות ו לרדת במדרגות . מי שלא בכושר לא מתאים. המיקום יפה יפה בעירה העתיקה מעל הים. חוף ים קרוב אבל צריך לרדת במדרגיות ואז יוצאים לטיילת יפה ו חוף. בעלת הדירה שלחה אישה והיא מסרה לנו מפתחות. (אין בוקס על יד הדירה ו קצת קשה להגעה עם רכב.(כיקר קטן לרכבים על יד הכנסייה ומלא). הבעל הדירה נתנה לנו כרטיס כחם לחניון תת קרקעית מתחת לטיילת ו כתובת בגוגל מ"פ. שסדרנו עם הרכב ו השתמשנו בכרטיס. ביום אחרון ענינו בעיר לכמה דקות ו העברנו כל המזוודות כלא רצינו לעלות עם הרכב (היה רכב גדול). בסופו שך דבר הסתדרנו .מ MENTON נסנו למונטה קרלו. הינו בגן בוטני . ביקרנו בפאב " FERDINAND " (מומלץ) עם מוזיקה חיה. אכלנו צדפות בטיילת. עדיף להגעה בשעות ה אור על מנת להתמצאות במקום.

המזרונים מיושנים . ו בנייה ישנה ו במקומות מסוימים בחדר תקרה נמוכה. (אנשים גבוהים לקחת בחשבון!)

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und aktiv erleben.

Die Unterkunft ist ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet und gut gepflegt. Grosse Küche. jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Duschbad und WC. Die Gastgeberin Celine ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wunderbar zentral und direkt unter der Basilika und am Rande der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Menton. Trotz der guten Lage ruhig und Nachts ungestört. Strand und Strandpromenade ist ca 400 m entfernt. Waren mit allem zufrieden.

Séjour idéal dans une ville charmante

Emplacement idéal , appartement spacieux pour 4 , voire 5 personnes , bien équipé pour y manger , faire sa lessive ou y séjourner « comme à la maison ». La propreté est impeccable , le calme des ruelles et la beauté du cadre . Cécile notre hôtesse laisse une place de parking gratuite à disposition au parking du centre ville à 2 mn du logement . Seule précision : il faut grimper des escaliers pour atteindre le logement et à l’intérieur de celui ci , il y a encore des marches et des escaliers: il faut être très valide 😜. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité des réponses de notre hôtesse et l’accueil par un humain et non une boîte à clefs .

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sehr zentral gelegen und geräumig. Gut geeignet für einen Familienurlaub. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war unkompliziert und wir durften die Unterkunft problemlos frühzeitig beziehen.

Die Betten müssen ersetzt werden! Auf diesen Matratzen kann keiner gut schlafen. Auch die Handtücher und Teppiche im Bad dürften mal ersetzt werden. Die Küche benötigt eine Grundreinigung. Es gibt zu viele angebrochene Lebensmittel von Vormietern und es scheint, als würden diese niemals kontrolliert. In der Wohnung riecht es unangenehm (nach Essig) und der Boden war rutschig/ölig...der Abfluss in der Dusche riecht ebenfalls unangenehm.

situation idéale au mois de février, en pleine fête du citron. L'hôte nous a mis à disposition son parking. très apprécié. Logement propre et spacieux pour 4 personnes.
