beautiful apartment in a perfect location
The location is outstanding - couldn't be better. The apartment is a beautiful old apartment, with high ceilings, very large rooms and nicely laid out furniture. The owner was extremely prompt in replying to queries we had. And the upstairs neighbor was super friendly and helpful when we had an issue we needed help with. Some people might feel that the kitchen and bathrooms are due for a renovation, but we found them perfectly satisfactory. And it is true that the apartment is not cheap, but the price is what you would expect for such a beautiful apartment in such a perfect location.
We stayed for 1 month. We wished we'd stayed longer!

The apartment, which is air conditioned, was in a lovely area, a short walk to the beach, shops, eateries and a bus stop serving a free bus around Menton. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and the host was easily accessible should you have any queries. I would certainly recommend this apartment.
The only down side if you are not very mobile is there are quite a few stairs leading up to the apartment and there is no lift.

The apartment is very spacious, luminous, comfortable and clean. It has all the necessary facilities for a successful stay. The location is central, near Les Sablettes Beach, restaurants, shops and train station. I highly recommend it for a pleasant holiday in Menton!

Location was incredible with quick access to restaurants, beach, and train station. Flat was super clean, well lit, comfortable to stay a few days. Couldn't have asked for anything better during my stay in Menton. I would definitely stay again next time I visit Menton.
