A lovely place for a pastis on the balcony in warm weather.

A good location with a lovely view. It was spotless & comfortable. Especially because each bedroom has its own ensuite (one with shower & sink only) & a separate toilet. The kitchen is tiny but has everything you need, including a good washing machine. The council was setting up for the town’s famous lemon festival in February & the route passes directly underneath, so book this apartment if you like to be in the heart of things.

Only that the marble floors are freezing in winter on bare feet. And, unfortunately, it was cold & wet during our stay.

Clean, well located apartment but basic amenities provided.

Great location close to the beach and old town. Comfy beds. Very clean.

Despite advertising a pool and being across the road from the beach, no beach/pool towels are provided. Only two 20ml combined shower gel/shampoos were provided for 3 people for 4 nights so we had to buy all toiletries on arrival. 2 bars of soap provided for 3 bathroom sinks. One hand towel and one small bath towel provided per person with no extra towels for the toilet so we had to put a kitchen towel in one toilet. In short, it felt like the owners provided the bare minimum ‘extras’ so we ended up buying things I wouldn’t expect to.

Beautiful views

The location and views were great! A short walk (across the street) to the beach and a block to the Main Street for shopping, dining, etc. The apartment was clean, comfortable and we (5 females) had a relaxing time sitting on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean.

Fantastic apartment with great views and location.

Fantastic apartment, view, and location. We enjoyed sitting on balcony watching people and enjoying the view of the water. Absolutely fantastic. Location could not be better. So we really enjoyed and would stay again.

It does have a relatively late check in. We arrived around mid day and parked in the lot at the train station and just left the cars there for three days as we could not access the parking garage with the apartment since it was not check in time and the site would not release that information until exactly 5 p.m. The train station had cheap one week parking, but was a 15 minute walk with luggage to the apartment when it was time to check in. So that is something we wished was a bit different.

The check in was scheduled at 3h30 pm but because of late cleaning I finally got the keys at 6pm after I, myself figured the way to talk to the cleaning lady at the property.

A fantastic apartment in a great location

We have been comming on holiday to Menton for a number of years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The balcony overlooking the beach and sea was fantastic. The apartment was well equipped and had every thing we needed for our stay. The air con was very efficient and the blinds great to block out any light. Across the road was the swimming pool and small gym as well as a sauna.

There wasnt really anything we didn't like. It would have been good to have an inventory so guests know what is provided. The road got quite busy but that didn't bother us.

Fantastic Location but Apt & Pool Area in need of some serious attention.

Location.

Having to use Pass Pass Mini App and not getting access code until 5.00pm. Apt in need of repair. Balcony door couldn't be secured. Issues with stench of raw sewage when toilets were flushed. Pool unheated, rundown and generally very uninviting. Owner needs to provide adequate quantity of cutlery and dishes for the number of guests.

The apartment is spectacular. Very good position. It is very spacious, very nicely furnished (in a classic but modern style at the same time), it is equipped with all the the necessary and very very clean. I liked the shower attached to the room and even the sink in the room. I liked the towels. I liked the view from the balcony that surrounds the apartment. Everything was functional and I especially appreciate the warmth in the apartment, being the month of January when we stayed in the apartment. Everything is functional. There are several grocery stores very close where you can buy everything you need, including fresh fruits and vegetables. Very practical as there is a parking space for the car.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous accommodation with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean!

We really appreciated the expresso coffee pods and the gift of a bottle of wine. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. I could even see the moon shining on the water while in bed one night! It was just a quick walk to the old town and other lovely beaches.

It was fairly noisy at times on the balcony due to the traffic noise from the road below, especially the motorcycles. The pool wasn't very easy to access from the apartment, as it was in a different building across a little street.

L’emplacement, la vue, le parking sous terrain, la propreté, tout a été refait avec goût.

La vmc d’une des chambres imposerble de dormir. Et Le manque d’isolation aussi bien pour garder la chaleur que pour le bruit. En ville l’isolation et très importante. La cuisine très petite.

En primera línea de playa, ubicación, parking.

-La entrada era a las 17:00h, quisimos entrar a las 16:00h q es cuando llegábamos con una persona enferma y nos dijo por aquí que lo estaban limpiando, pero en la aplicación que te manda para hacer el check in sí que te deja pagando. Lo miré según veníamos de camino y por dos horas antes casi 50€, pagamos por una hora antes de entrada 22€. Entiendo que late check Out te cobren, pero para entrar estando limpio a una hora prudente? De vergüenza y engañando diciendo por aquí que lo estaban limpiando y desde su aplicación si pagas entras! -El sofá cama lo tenía que cambiar no está en condiciones para quedarse nadie -no hay lámparas en el techo en muchas estancias, hay que dar las de las mesillas. Y en un aseo no hay enchufes -manteles individuales sucios que no pudimos usar -solo deja un juego de llaves con 6 personas que íbamos -cocina muy antigua y pequeña -es un apartamento caro para que te exijan por la noche el día antes de irte que lo dejes casi limpio para el siguiente. Entiendo que lo tengas q dejar bien, pero poner el lavavajillas y colocarlo (de hecho te deja la pastilla contada), basura sacada, la ropa de cama y toallas todas quitadas y apiladas pues no es muy normal.

Tolle, zentrale Lage! Gerne wieder.

Dieses Apartment lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimanlage und der Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf den Strand. Allerdings ist hier mit einer großen Geräuschkulisse verkehrsbedingt durch die Straße zu rechnen.

Ungewöhnlich war die Bezugsfertigkeit erst ab 17 Uhr, was wirklich spät ist. Auf die Bitte nach neuen Batterien für die Lampen erfolgte keine Reaktion! 2 Tabs für die Spülmaschine sind eindeutig zu wenig für 5 Personen / 2 Nächte. Es gibt zu wenig Tassen/ Gläser/ Geschirr

Likte veldig dårlig PasPas systemet. Sååå mye tull for å få tak i en nøkkel. Forventer å komme raskt inn i leiligheten når jeg betaler kr. 4000 pr. natt. Innsjekkingen er kl. 17.00 på ettermiddagen. Alt for sent !! Får tilbud om tidligere innsjekking via PasPas, men da koster det 22 EUR pr. time. Dette er skammelig dårlig service ! Fy !

lenzuola imbottite caldissime poca luce sul tavolo da pranzo ed in cucina, i serramenti pur essendo in pvc non tengono bene gli spifferi e d i rumori del traffico. nessun kit da bagno e frigo vuoto. la procedura di ingresso ed il passaggio interno al box è complicata senza nessuna persona che ti accolga. il riscaldamento è assolutamente insufficiente ci sono tre split daikin ma non funzionano bene non tengono la temperatura e comunque dinverno non c’è caldo

Appartement très propre et très bien entretenu. Idéalement placé dans la ville de Menton. La place de parking en sous sol est un gros plus. Consignes d'arrivée et de départ claires et illustrées. La vue sur mer est magnifique. C'était top!
