About this house rental
This spacious, comfortable villa, in its wooded and flowery park with swimming pool, real summer kitchen, terraces, 10 minutes from Menton, ideally located between sea and mountains, direct proximity to Italy, will offer you the ideal setting to relax and enjoy your stay on the Côte d'Azur with family or friends.
Villa Maracudja is a double villa.
The owners occupy the upper part of the property (on 3 levels) and offer the entire garden level for rent in private space.
The villa, with independent access, has been completely renovated in a contemporary style. It gives direct access to a magnificent terrace with swimming pool, as well as a summer kitchen. The land planted with various Mediterranean species is not overlooked, with a view of the mountains. The whole is fully privatized.
It is the ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries with family or friends with optimum comfort, 10 minutes from the center of Menton and the beaches, ideal for hikers, 20 minutes from Monaco, 15 minutes from Ventimiglia...
Tenants have exclusive access to the garden level of the villa including:
-> A house of 125m2 in very good condition in a very functional contemporary style which includes
- a large living space with kitchen open to living room and dining room containing fridge
American hob, induction hob/extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), juicer, ... a large table for 8 people, sofa, armchair, fireplace with insert, TV (Wifi internet). As well as a relaxation area (possible double bed).
- an airlock or second relaxation area with 2 single convertible armchairs
- a bedroom double Queen size bed, wardrobe, storage dresser
- a bedroom with double bed, built-in dressing room
- a bathroom with shower, double sink, heated towel rail, washing machine and dryer and separate toilet.
Nb: possibility of baby equipment on request: cot or cot, high chair. Each bedroom and the living area give direct access to the terrace/swimming pool through French windows.
-> the exteriors:
A private electric gate opens onto 2 parking spaces and then onto a large garden with avocado trees, lemon trees, orange trees, banana trees...
A few steps lead to play areas: swing swing, XL trampoline and the terrace that surrounds the swimming pool of 11mx4m (teacher from 1.20m to 2m max).
Numerous deckchairs and garden chairs are available around the pool.
A real and spacious summer kitchen with bar, barbecue (charcoal), plancha, dishwasher, fridge, suspended fan, TV (Wifi on the terraces), table, chairs... for convivial moments with family or friends.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. It was spotlessly clean inside and out, had every equipment you would need for the kitchen and other areas. The pictures do not reflect properly how big the house is. The living area is open-plan and huge, the bedrooms are separate, so you can enjoy most of the house even if the children are asleep. Outside patio with a fully fitted kitchen (even dishwasher and extra TV) are fantastic. Pool is much bigger than expected (around 12m long by my crude estimate) with plenty of areas around it where you can find shade somewhere all day long. There are plenty of things to keep the children active, like ping pong table, trampoline and swings. As other reviews mentioned, you can hear the motorway, but you can get used to it very quickly and don't notice at all. The owners live on the first floor, but you would never know. Hafid was such a great host, had plenty of recommendation on local places and restaurants and communication through Whatsapp was super easy and convenient. In short it is the perfect house for both exploring the area as well as relaxing around the pool. 100% recommended.

The property is great and very complete. You will find everything what you need to make your stay feel like home. The swimmingpool is great and deep so you can take a dive. There is always enough shadow in the garden to hide from the sun. The nice and warm owners live upstairs but you will almost not notice that they are there. They give you all the privacy you need to enjoy your holiday. And they will still be there in point to support you in anything you need or if a small problem arises. We loved it with our 2 kids!

We had a fabulous time in Menton staying in the immaculately maintained villa Maracudja. The pool area was beautiful with full outdoor kitchen and comfy loungers. Inside had all mod-cons. Really well furnished and catered for. Hafid was able to provide tips on the local
area. We would definitely stay here again, it is a very beautiful part of France.

We had a truly enjoyable stay. Hafid was a very pleasant host; as he lived in the upper part of the house he was very quick to help when needed. Very well equipped property with a great pool.
