Beautiful large apartment, spotlessly clean, in a great location
Great location, if you want to visit the entire French Riviera. Close to highway, but also a short walk to Menton seaside promenade, which is beautiful. Very clean (my standards are high in this respect) and well appointed. Spacious and served by the nice terrace for sunny days. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, with private parking space, which was great.
The only downside was the fact that although the apartment has 2 beautiful large bathrooms, only one of them has a toilet seat, which is a bit uncomfortable for a larger group having to share one WC. And also the floors were very cold (I recommend buying some slippers, especially if you plan your trip during a colder season). But these inconveniences were compensated by the other positives of the apartment, thus I highly recommend the apartment and I would personally hire it again.

Appartamento molto carino e confortevole, sconsigliato alle famiglie con bambini piccoli
Appartamento nuovo e arredato in modo piacevole, fare il check in è stato facile, unico dettaglio, è indicato il numero civico 26 ma si entra dal civico 24. Il supermercato è a pochi passi, il mare si raggiunge in dieci minuti a piedi e la zona è molto ben servita. C’è a disposizione un parcheggio privato per una autovettura.
La proprietaria abita di fronte all’appartamento e controlla gli inquilini, abbiamo soggiornato con 4 bambini, un pomeriggio i due bimbi più grandi a nostra insaputa hanno portato i cuscini del divano interno in giardino (sull’erba sintetica teoricamente pulita) sono prontamente uscita a recuperare i cuscini e ad insegnare ai bambini che i cuscini andavano lasciati dentro casa, come è giusto che sia. Mentre stavo già portando i cuscini dentro casa la signora ha urlato “noooo non si fa” verso di noi. È stato molto spiacevole che una adulta urlasse dal balcone per sgridare i bambini mentre me ne stavo già occupando. Era già successo il giorno prima, i bambini hanno preso alcuni sassi del giardino e li hanno messi sul pavimento del cortile, sono subito uscita per sistemare insieme a loro che hanno immediatamente recuperato i sassi e messi al loro posto, la signora mi ha mandato un messaggio ore dopo dicendomi di dire i bambini di non toccare i sassi, cosa che ovviamente avevo già fatto e cosa che sapeva perché aveva controllato. Le chiavi di casa non funzionano, abbiamo dormito tre notti con la porta aperta, non ho in effetti informato la proprietaria della cosa per non disturbare. Un rubinetto è otturato, non crea troppi problemi perché ce ne sono due ma è meglio essere informati.
