Great location, host could improve on communcation with the guest prior to arrival.

The location was amazing, and having a temporary parking spot just meters away from the building's entrance was of great help! The place was nicer than in the pictures. The A/C was a little bit week, the the two massive fans helpes a bit.

The host was unfortunatly very poor at communicating with me. I've received the check-in instructions over email, although I didn't see them. When I tried reaching out to the phone number stated on booking.com (over phone call, SMS, whatsapp call, and whatsapp text message), I didn't get any response (and was left on "read" on whatsapp). When I arrived on site and tried calling them, they answered "don't call me on this number". I then explained that I was at the door and didn't know how to get in, and that's when they've told me about the email and also sent the check-in instruction's PDF. A user guide for the kitchen appliances (oven & dishwasher) would be welcome.

Comfortable stay in beautiful Menton apartment

Apartment was quite lovely, beautiful living space, kitchen was well equipped and had everything necessary for cooking meals comfortably and a dishwasher to boot. The washroom was spacious with a great shower. The bedroom was separate from the living space and had a lot of space for storage. All-in-all a very nice place in a great location (close to beach and many restaurants).

Since everything in the apartment was brand new some written instructions for some of the appliances would have been helpful but nothing that wasn't addressed through fact-finding on the internet!

T&M Europe Trip

The location was superb, 50meters to the beach, lots of Restaurants & shops nearby. There was also a reasonably priced underground car park close by, which was great.

If you are looking for a balcony or view, this place is not for you. There were only 2 shower towels and 2 hand towels, which we thought a bit light. There was no tablets or powder for the dishwasher. The bed was comfortable but was short on pillows.

À part la déco et la douche il faisait une chaleur du diable même avec la climatisation à point si on peut appeler ça une Clim qui fait du bruit

On ne dirait pas un appartement on dirait un aménagement de locaux en plus les fenêtres ne donne pas sur la rue il donne sur un couloir les matelas catastrophique et la nuit même avec les ventilateur on crevait de chaud

Della struttura ci è piaciuta la vicinanza al mare e al centro storico. In generale l’alloggio è ben arredato, con tutto il necessario.

Scale con gradini molto alti, mancanza dell’aria condizionata (anche se i ventilatori funzionavano bene) e mancanza di finestre. Ci sarebbe bisogno di qualche appendi asciugamani nel bagno.

pas d’accueil approprié, mauvais début de séjour

l’emplacement mais il n’avait pas été apporté suffisamment de serviettes de toilette et torchons pour ce logement loué pour 2 semaines 1/2 ; la paroi de douche n’avait pas été nettoyée.

à mon arrivée vers 16 h et jusqu’à 21h 20 , impossible de joindre les propriétaires ni par mail ni par téléphone : épuisée, je me suis résolue à prendre une chambre d’hôtel par booking à menton (hôtel westminster). ce n’est que le lendemain que j’ai pris connaissance des explications de l’assistance booking (que j’avais appelée la veille, paniquée) pour accéder à l’appartement : le lien envoyé précédemment ne s’était pas ouvert pour des raisons inconnues : bug informatique, pas de réseau, etc. ???? il est anormal qu’il n’y ait pas un numéro de téléphone pour prendre le logement. tout le monde n’a pas de portable avec connexion internet et si justement, ce jour là, on s’est fait voler son portable comme cela m’est arrivé, comment faisons nous ? j’espère ne pas rencontrer les mêmes difficultés pour ma réservation du 29/4 à menton jusqu’au 7/5 avenue palmaro. pour ma 1re location par booking, quelle déception ! à quelle adresse dois je envoyer la facture de l’hôtel westminster? merci de votre suivi. mme hallay

La distance entre l’appartement et la gare...aucun bus aucune navette. Très déçu à l’arrivée de ne pas avoir de parking alors que j’avais coché la case lors de ma sélection...aucune place gratuite à proximite...obligé de prendre et payé un parking privé pour 60.80 euros pour 4 nuits Merci de voir pour un remboursement.
