About this apartment rental

Up for rent is a beautiful 65 sqm apartment in Menton with a wonderful sea view. Appartment located on the 4th floor within 200m of the sea, which is 2 minutes walking. There are 2 bedrooms and a living room with a panoramic windows and a tiny balcony. If you travel by car you can park your car in the private parking spot (works on first come first served basis cause the parking spaces belong to all building tenants).

The first bedroom has a double bed and a crib/baby bed with a sea view. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a mountain view. The living rooms has a 2 sofa beds where you can sleep on. There's a LCD TV with hundreds of channels (including English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and etc) and Hi-speed Wifi internet.

There's a 'carrefour city' supermarket within 300 meters along with other markets and cafe's. 500 meters to the Tennis club.

Distances:

4km to Italy, 7km to Monte-Carlo, 10 km to Ventimiglia, 27km to Nice.

We spent a wonderful five weeks in this apartment. It was just a couple blocks from the beach and near several good restaurants. The space itself is spacious and all you need to enjoy an extended time in Menton. The owner and the in-Menton host were excellent - responsive and so helpful whenever needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The property was perfect for me as it was close to the beach and shops. It is an older style property so if you want modern then this is probably not for you.

This is a lovely apartment - clean, well-equipped, spacious, great views. It's in a perfect location for exploring Menton. And Lili is very friendly and welcoming. However, the neighbour downstairs is not tolerant of the sound of small feet in the apartment above and we had some very unpleasant exchanges with him. Sadly, I cannot recommend this property for families.

My husband, daughter, small dog and I just spent almost 3 months in this apartment and had a wonderful stay. Here’s what we really liked about it: - Wonderful location, only 5-minute walk to the beach, 8 minutes to the train station & plenty of restaurants, markets & boulangerie nearby. In other words, no car needed! It's about a 20-minute walk to Old Town, which we visited often, but it was nice to be in a less touristy area & we preferred our nearby beach. - The view of the sea from the spacious living/dining area is wonderful, & it was nice to open up the balcony doors to let in the fresh air. One thing to note is that the balcony is not big enough to sit on (that would be a “terasse” and would likely increase the rate), but we were perfectly happy trading that for easy access to the beach. - The two bedrooms were a relatively good size & there was plenty of storage space throughout. - The owner and the woman who helps manage the property are awesome - very responsive, great communication. The only issues I can mention are 1) The noise from the scooters outside is pretty loud, mainly impacting the bigger front bedroom with queen bed. (I didn't mind it, but my husband did so depends on how sensitive you are to noise.) and 2) The kitchen is tiny, but we adapted & realize French kitchens aren't like those in the U.S. The combo washer/dryer (for laundry) is under the stovetop, but it was nice to have. :-) Overall, awesome time, and we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Menton ! The closest beach is prised by the locals, tasty boulangerie (Madone) is two blocks away. Near all commodities. We recommend for sure and would be happy to come back !

we enjoyed a lot our stay in Menton positive : very clean , well equiped, and functional appartment air condition was a very positive point location was ideal for us , close to bus station to Monaco, Saint Agnes, Gorbio, Roquebrune and not far away from train station negative : soundproof according to building type (neighbours are quiet, but could well ear the "noise" of our childrens

After little hiccup with handover we arrived at nice furnished apartment. It’s more than fully equipment and location is great to get to the sea, restaurants and also train station. If you come by car, just find a parking and keep the car there, we didn’t use it during the whole time. We used train to get around to Monaco and Nice. George is an excellnt host and took care of us even he was not around. Clear recommendation !

We can't imagine a better stay! The home is quiete big, Perfect for Who has baby or Kids but Also for 4 or even 6 adult! Near the center but in a residenti al area, Two steps from the sea, all furniture inside. Everything was Great And last but not least the owner is so kind! We will come back for sure
