L’appartamento pulito, moderno, nuovo, con tutto ciò che può servire all’interno.
E’ in una zona pedonale, con parcheggio non comodissimo.

L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, dispone di una cucina attrezzata e la posizione è eccelente, nel centro storico di Mentone.
La pulizia della casa è stata fatta in modo sommario, i cestini della cucina e del bagno non sono stati svuotati prima del nostro arrivo. Le lenzuola del divano non erano presenti all'interno dell'armadio al piano terra. Al piano superiore, nella camera da letto si sentiva odore di muffa e umidità provenienti dalla doccia aperta. La casa è ideale per 2 persone ma per 4 risulta scomoda.
