5 minutes from the beach of Sablettes, the new esplanade (and underground parking Sablettes), 3-room apartment of 55m2 for 4 or 5 people with entrance on the ground floor (no stairs to climb!).
Located 50 m from the Basilica St Michel, close to the pedestrian street and the sea.
On the ground floor: a large living room, a bedroom equipped with new bedding, a kitchen and a bathroom redone. Air conditioning (very popular in summer.)
On the upper level (a few steps up): a small room with a 90 bed with beautiful sea view window.
A few steps further and one reaches a sunny terrace, by a door high of 1.30m.
Unobstructed views: with 360 ° views of the harbors, East Bay of Menton and Italy, the mountains around ...
A small garden room awaits you for lunch and sunbathing in a deckchair.
