Modern renovated apartment bright and quiet in the town centre, 1000 away from the beaches and the Bioves gardens.

Near all the shops, mini market, restaurants, and train station.

It consists of a 38 sq.m surface in a small apartment complex, on the 2nd floor with lift.

The apartment has a beautiful living room with open plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Located in the town centre, ideal to fully enjoy the seaside and the restaurants.

I spent a month at this well-maintained, ideally located apt. with lovely linens. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. It was very quiet. The only sound being the seagulls. So wonderful to have the train station, buses and groceries so close. Can’ t wait to return.

We’ve stayed at this property twice now. The owner is fantastic, meets you at the property, & shows you around. The location is 100 m from the beach and promenade. Bakeries and restaurants right there. Love it!

We have been to Menton 5 times before and this was the best place we have stayed. The apartment is modern, clean, bright and in a very quiet street. It is well equipped, it had everything we needed. Close to the train station, bus station, and the sea. There is also a small supermarket at the end of the street. The owner is a very pleasant man and we hope to return to this apartment on our next visit to Menton.

The apartment was a perfect choice for us. An easy walk to the train station, quick walk to the sea and a grocery store on the same block. It was clean, roomy, lots of light and enjoyable. Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die zentrale Lage ist schon häufig beschrieben, 100m zur Küste (teilweise grober Kieselstrand, Badeschuhe zum Meer hin dringend empfohlen), 50m zu einem gut sortierten Supermarkt in der Straße, zur wunderschönen Altstadt läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Direkt neben Menton liegt die italienische Grenze, nach Monaco fährt man ca. 10 Minuten, alle anderen Highlights wie Nizza, Antibes oder Cannes sind über die Autobahn A8 schnell erreichbar. Die helle und freundliche Wohnung hat zum Innenhof auf ihrer gesamten Länge fast durchgehend Fenster und Balkontüren (mit Rollos), die allerdings ihre beste Zeit hatten. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet, die man zum Kochen benötigt. Der in manchen Bewertungen erwähnte Geschirrspüler ist nicht mehr vorhanden und es fehlt auch ein Backofen. Es gibt lediglich eine Mikrowelle und einen 2-Platten-Herd. Die Klimaanlage hängt oberhalb der Küchenfront und kühlt dementsprechend vornehmlich das Wohnzimmer. Das große Sofa lässt sich zu einem Schlafsofa (ca. 140cm breit) ausklappen und hat dann eine eigene weiche Matratze mit Lattenrost. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist ca. 150-160cm breit und hat eine bequeme durchgehende Matratze. Hier gibt es einen Stand-Ventilator. Der sympathische Vermieter reagiert im Vorfeld schnell auf Fragen und ist vor Ort angenehm freundlich und zurückhaltend. Zum Endpreis: Der Vermieter berechnet vor Ort für eine Endreinigung noch 25 Euro, überlässt dem Gast es aber auch, diese selbst zu erledigen.

Appartement très bien situé,proche de tout ( plage,port ,centre, bus, gare,magasins,animations,)dans une petite rue calme.Pourtant les animations liées à la fête du citron étaient tout proches.Le propriétaire est disponible mais discret.Menton est très attirant en hiver.Nous reviendrons

Appartement 37 m2 trés lumineux en Décembre. Tout est conforme aux photos. Propriétaire à l'écoute, (micro-ondes installé suite à ma demande) trés arrangeant pr arrivée et départ. En Décembre trouvé place parking dans la même rue. A d'autres périodes certainement plus compliqué. Bien situé proche plage, gare SNCF supermarché en bas. Rénovation des fenêtres sûrement prévue dans l'avenir (gros budget) mais l'essentiel y est. Je reviendrai

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, vicinissimo a tutti i servizi, a 2 passi dal centro città e veramente attaccato alla spiaggia di Mentone. Comodo e ben strutturato per una famiglia di 4 persone. Consigliato. Unica piccola pecca la qualità della connessione a Internet: è stabile e sufficiente in download (per cui non ci sono problemi per vedere film su Netflix), ma non altrettanto in upload (per cui risulta insufficiente per fare una conference call).

Super séjour, appartement chaleureux, bonne emplacement, proche de la mer et des commerces de première nécessité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Seul bémol, il manque un micro-onde et pas de place à titré. Les places extérieurs sont quasiment toutes payantes et pour trouver une place gratuite du coup faut tourné énormément.

luminous, quiet although in the Center, only about 1 minute to the seashore promenade, excellent communication with very friendly owner.
