Excellent location.
Great apartment with a beautiful view on the mountains. Public and private beaches just across the street, very close to the city center at couple of minutes walking distance. Apartment very clean and well equipped. The parking place is definitely a plus.

Take your own electric heater with you
When we arrived on 1st November, there were 17 degrees in the flat and there was no way to turn on the heating. My family traveled with my 2 years old so clearly, this was not acceptable. The first reaction was that "we've just turned out the heating", then "heating will be turned on only on 15th of November and this is normal", and at last (the best!): "take your car (we did not have a car), go to Ventimiglia (=cross an international border), find yourself a supermarket that is opened on the national holiday, buy yourself a fan heater (the price of which we'll refund), go back to the property, set it up yourself and wait until it'll heat the room". Fortunately, a local friend of mine helped us out giving us a lift to Ventimiglia so I spent the first half day of my holiday working to turn the property livable. Good luck if you don't have local friends!

L'endroit est parfait, lhote eest tres gentil a l'écoute et très serviable. Rien a dire.
L'état de propreté du bâtiment sous sol sale. L'ascenseur était tout le temps avec du pipi de chien.

Czystość oraz wyposażenie mieszkania. Wszystkie produkty oraz całe wyposażenie kuchni, pralka, klimatyzacja oraz wentylator w pokoju. Co ważne garaż pod budynkiem trochę ciasny, ale bezpieczny bez wejścia z zewnątrz. Kolejnym plusem jest bliskość do plaży . Polecam.
Mało Wygodna rozkładana sofa, wymagająca wymiany. Dla niskiej osoby nie stanowi problemu.
