Il residence è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo ( dai 10 ai 30 minuti) i vari punti turistici della zona e a 5 minuti in auto dalla Baia di Sistiana. È in una zona silenziosa e dotato di parcheggio. L' appartamento è nuovo, accessoriato e super pulito. Simone inoltre è un host premuroso che ci ha aiutato a vivere al meglio il soggiorno.

Appartamento all'ultimo piano, da cui si vede anche uno scorcio di mare, molto pulito, luminoso e spazioso il giusto. Aria condizionata centralizzata, quindi clima sempre ottimale. Top avere anche il posto auto privato nel cortile del residence. Vicinissimo al castello e al sentiero Rilke, ma anche ottima base per uscite a Trieste e Slovenia
