Good room, but horrible organized check in

The room was great-when we finally got it…

Waited for an hour for someone to check us in, however there were two other groups and the lady, whom were charming but did not speak english, kept putting us in the same rooms and did not understand the mix-up

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was also clean with all necessities. The location was good. The beds were comfy and really clean.

There was a water dripping from the AC system (split unit in the room) and we had to put a container below it. We informed the staff but it was not fixed for the second day (it was during a weekend). Check-in didn't go smoothly, we tried to call the number but no one didn't answer. Check-in could be worse without the help of a nice lady who lived there.

Very nice place for couple of nights.

The bathroom is really big and super clean. The service is amazing as everyday dey clean all and change the towels . The bedroom is big too.

The bed was very big but because it was made with 2 single beds . So it was a bit uncomfortable cause you could feel the gap in between. This is the only thing.

Good for stay

Good apartment on good location, near city center. Lot of space and big terrace, dishwasher and wash machine. Every room has bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need.

You should maintain and clean a little better. Phone unlocking doors should be replaced by codes.

A absolute fail!

We ended up in a different hotel. Worst booking experience ever!!! Stay away! We were not able to access the b&b. Prior to the stay the b&b sent me and endless amount of emails in Italian. The b&b claimed, we were supposed to call for an online check in. Nobody ever picked up the phone. When were there, nobody opened. Our prior check-in didn‘t work and we were not able to access the place. After several unattended calls we decided to check in elsewhere. The place still charged the fees for the night instantly. Something like that never happened to me before! (Nowhere on earth and I travel a lot.)

Just the place not very bad in the calm street but no parking in the yard, you need to park in the street if you find the place.

I will not advise to sleep in this hotel because they will give you absolutly DIRTY room! No cleaning at all! Old furniture. You can feel cigarette smell in apartament.

We could find parking place just outside on the street.

Everything is good except the noise from the other guest. We chose a room with an indipendente bathroom, but we didn't know actually the other guest's bathroom is just next to us. We already slept before they came in the middle night, so unfortunately we couldn't fall asleep before they finish wash in the bathroom.

Disappointing

It was clean.

Had to wait outside the apartment for a long time before someone let me in remotely even though I had informed the property that I would arrive at 10 p.m. and I was told that it was fine. The property does not offer storage facilities to leave the luggage past the check out time. On my request, the property allowed me to postpone the check out by 1h, but we had to rush our visit of Gorizia.

Exceptional

We arrived 10:30 at night, but the host was as cheerful and accommodating as if we had arrived at 5pm. The bathroom was very nice, modern, and the beds very comfortable! Would stay again.

Only that we couldn't get breakfast due covid restrictions.

llegaba con la preocupación de hacer el check-in online, porque no se mucho ingles y mi italiano es nulo, me atendió una chica en español muy amable y me guio todo el recorrido para ingresar a la habitación. La habitación tiene hasta para cocinar, me hubiera encantado quedarme mas días, todo muy lindo como Gorizia, seguramente volveré a la tierra de mis abuelos :)
