An interesting place owned by an Olympic champion. Good for a night or two

The place has nice vintage feel to it, since the building clearly has rich history.

The place was a little cold at night. the blanket in the wardrobe was clearly very dirty with a bunch of suspicious stains on them(i guess it doesnt get cleaned between the guests since its an optional blanket)… Communication was also rather cold, we didn’t feel very welcome there

The house is very nice. It is quite and very close to the city center. The garden and the view from the room were beautiful.

La posizione e la pulizia della struttura, ubicata in un bel palazzo di Corso Italia. La tranquillità del luogo. La prima colazione. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff: un grazie di cuore al titolare, Roberto.

Gorizia tutta da scoprire

La posizione ottima per raggiungere sia la stazione che il centro percorrendo il corso Italia che è un bellissimo viale , la colazione molto curata fin nei più piccoli dettagli, inoltre è completa per quanto riguarda l'offerta di dolce. La nostra camera era un tantino piccola e il bagno esterno però esclusivo era molto grande.

Ottima posizione centrale e la disponibilità di numerosi parcheggi davanti la struttura, gratuiti. Buona colazione seppur non abbondantissima presente tutto il necessario per una buona colazione all’italiana. Personale gentile e simpatico.

Peccato per delle ragnatele trovate agli angoli della camera e del bagno, una delle camere ha il bagno privato che però si trova all’esterno della camera. (Sarebbe da evidenziare meglio in fase di prenotazione). Per il resto nessun problema.

Dusche sehr klein; Frühstück indiskutabel: nur süß, alles in Plastik verpackt. Kein gekochtes Ei, nichts. Ein billiger überzuckerter Saft. Das Frühstück eine glatte Schulsechs. Kein Obst.

La struttura è vicina al centro città e a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Il proprietario ci ha accolto con gentilezza. La colazione servita nella stanza comune è stata buona e varia.

Ottima posizione, colazione abbondante e tanti libri da leggere nella sala lettura.

Consiglio per una eventuale futura ristrutturazione: inserire il bidet nel bagno !
