A very nice stay in Gorizia

The room is nice, has an effective air conditioning, a nice bathroom and well equipped. The owner is extremely friendly and very helpful across all issues !

The location is a bit far from the center to walk in. And the breakfast in the room is very well prepared, but still feels strange to eat alone.

Sweet garden retreat

Valentina , the owner, is a gem! The place is a private garden retreat. Pleasantly decorated, clean, and spacious, we even had a private deck and sitting area. Bring repellent for the mosquitoes, they were very hungry. We had some car trouble and needed a diagnosis, she quickly recommended a auto repair shop and offered to translate the issues. Thank you Valentina everything worked out. Her husband recommend a delicious restaurant (forgot the name). There is also a fabulous Michelin restaurant within walking distant. The area is close to parks, and cafes right off a major road. The breakfast was a fiesta on a platter, loads of goodness. Fruits, jams, crackers,, breads, and sweets with plenty of tasty hot coffee and tea.

a relaxing stay in tiny Gorizia with family atmosphere

I liked the warm welcome and the "full service" by the owner - the restaurant recommendation (including reservation by the owner!) where I had best of both worlds of this border town - Italian Pasta and Slovene Union beer ;-) - was a good start to the discovery of the town of Gorizia - the property is easily reachable by a short walk from Gorizia Centrale Railway station - the property owner gave me a lift to the railway station on the Slovene side (Nova Gorica), very appreciated! - the way the property owner dealt with the blackout that happened just the day I arrived. There was no electricity available, so I was offered to stay at a different place with reimbursement or alternatively be offered candles and a pocket lamp to find my way. I decided to stay and it was a wonderful experience having a shower in the candle-lit bathroom and then reading a book in my bed with candle lights. I was offered a free stay next time I pass by as compensation, thank you for that! - The breakfast was wonderful, it indeed was the best breakfast I was served in Italy! It came with coffee, tea, bread, jam etc. and even fresh fruits! Yummy! - After breakfast I enjoyed some time relaxing in the garden, how nice! - The owner's dog is really cute

Veel katten haren op zit kussen in de tuin. De kat beheerde deze kussens.

Wij hebben geen enkel ontbijt gekregen maar daar wel voor betaald. De beheerder gaf aan dat we geen ontbijt kregen terwijl dit wel volgens de site gegeven zou worden. Ik ga er geen oorlog over voeren want ik ben op vakantie maar zal in de toekomst hier niet meer voor gaan.

La signora molto gentile e simpatica ma la camera da usarsi x non piu di una notte

La posizione, i giardini ma poco fruibili causa le tantissime zanzare, ben attrezzata con asciugamani, phon e angolo cucinotto

Un po’ trascurata (le zanzariere erano molto rovinate e i tanti tappeti interni non sembravano molto puliti) ed il letto corto x una persona alta 1,80 pur avendo un buon materasso

Dalle recensioni (un po' fuorvianti) avevo capito ci fosse anche la colazione; poi controllando l'elenco dei servizi offerti la colazione non c'e.

La cura dei dettagli dell'arredamento rende l'appartamento molto accogliente. La pulizia, la doccia e il letto sono ottimi. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti

Fijn appartement voor een overnachting bij onze fietstocht.

Alles was aanwezig, ruim appartement. Eigen tuintje met tuinmeubelen. Leuk ingericht. Vriendelijke ontvangst.

Het was koud en nat buiten en de verwarming kon niet aan. Na een lange fietstocht, helemaal natgeregend was een beetje verwarming fijner geweest.

Bellissima sistemazione a Gorizia

Mini appartamento molto particolare (il mio era quello verde) dotato di tutti i confort compreso accesso al giardino comune nei pressi del lungo Isonzo a circa 20' a piedi dalla stazione di Gorizia e a 10' dal centro. Host signora Valentina super. Molto consigliato!

Angolo rilassante, per tutte le stagioni. Posizione strategica per giro a piedi o muoversi in auto.

Il posto è molto carino, posizione strategica. Immerso nel verde, ha un bel giardinetto sul retro ed è gradevole l'ingresso separato. I gestori sono stati cortesi nel portare quanto mancava all'arrivo. Ho molto apprezzato che mi abbiano lasciato cuscino e copertina in più per letto singolo, nonostante non lo avessi chiesto, hanno dimostrato attenzione. Apprezzata l'accoglienza con animali.

Purtroppo è indicato bagno per disabili, ma la doccia non è dotata di un punto di appoggio, una sbarra o seggiolino. Se una persona anziana ha bisogno, deve essere accompagnata, non può in sicurezza gestirsi in autonomia. Non c'era bidone per organico, né indifferenziata. Ho notato segni di mancata manutenzione, seppur all'apparenza è un ambiente ben tenuto e delizioso, con colori morbidi. Non visto il personale, né notato interventi, nonostante sia indicata pulizia tutti i giorni.
