Overall, I would recommend staying here.

The location was great and beds were comfortable with good pillows which I was thankful for. Out room and bathroom were also very clean.

The only issue we had was that our room was off the kitchen and we could hear the other guests at night and in the morning. Might not be good if you're a light sleeper.

Increadibly beautiful room in the town centre. I will gladly go there again.

The room was very charming, the design was very warm and welcoming, the bathroom was very modern and the services impeccable. Everything was clean and nice. A very good impression over all. The location of the rooms is very good, right in the old city center and you have recommendation for eating in the neighborhood.

There are public parking in the area, 1 or 2 minutes away, but it took a while to find them. It would have been helpful to mention this on the site. A few directions would help more people choose this property and the owners and the small town really deserves more visitors.

Great property in the heart of the old town

The property is a beautiful newly refurbished apartment in the heart of the old town. The rooms and bathrooms are appointed like a 5-star hotel. Great AC, large bathrooms with great showers, huge flat-screen TV, great wireless, spotlessly clean - all for the price of a 2-3 star property. This is great value for money, I will surely be back!

Dass das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude gerade während des Kulturhaupstadtjahres renoviert wurde und der Bereich außerhalb der Zimmer Eine Baustelle war.Das wurde uns aber bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt mitgeteilt.

Nachhaltiger Verlust meines jahrelangen Vertrauens in BookingCom durch diesen Flop

Frühstück war nicht im Zimmerpreis inkludiert, hätte im daneben liegenden Lokal eingenommen werden können, allerdings erst ab 9:00 Uhr früh.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer riesigen Baustelle, man muss durch diese in den ersten Stock (ohne Lift) und landet in einem Zimmer, dessen Beleuchtung an eine Grabkammer erinnert. Zimmerausstattung: vor-voriges Jahrhundert. Es gibt kein Service, nicht einmal einen billigen Stadtplan, das einzig zuständige "Personal" sind die Kellnereinnen des nebenan befindlichen Lokals. Baulärm sowohl am Samstag als auch am Sonntag Morgen. Zwischenwände waren entweder schon abgerissen oder nie vorhanden: Die laute Geräuschkulisse des erwähnten Lokals war extrem störend im Zimmer zu hören.

Nettes Appartement im Stadtzentrum mit echter Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief hervorragend unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig, sauber und gemütlich angelegt und eingerichtet. Im hauseigenen Restaurant wird man sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und bekommt Speisen von ausgezeichneter Qualität.

La posizione nel centro storico di Gorizia, la camera spaziosa ,molto curata, in un palazzo d'epoca in via di ristrutturazione, condizionatore silenziosissimo, il locale condiviso elegantemente arredato, con frigorifero, bollitore, macchina per il caffè.

Per problemi tecnici il check-in in autonomia non ha avuto esito positivo.

Accoglienza, pulizia camere,struttura molto curata, ambiente soft e posizione ottima...

Unica cosa che poco mi è piaciuta è stata la presenza di un frigo comune per le.camere, è solo un'inezia, però non gradisco avere il mio cibo assieme a quello di altre persone....solo questione personale...
