Evening meal could have been better. We checked out early and were promised a takeaway breakfast. This did not happen.

I would stay there again!

The room, a suite, was great! And the young woman at the front desk was superb! Very helpful and friendly.

The dinner meal was not so great. The fish was overcooked as was the baby shrimp on a skewer.

Budget stay

The hotel is a bit in a passage area, hence it is not particularly high end in its care. Although it is value for money and good if you have a transportation mean. Otherwise, train station is a couple of Km ahead. If you are a good walker still fine. You'll need a taxi from Trieste airport though. Breakfasts are excellent.

The door electronic key was a bit iffy. Shower too. Not even a tea available in the room.

The room was exactly as we expected, comfy and the facilities were good. The pool was very refreshing in summer and the breakfast was really great. Staff helped us with all we needed.

Quite a long walk from the train station, and the rooms are a bit old but work all good.

The room was clean. Staff was super friendly, receptionists are excellent English speakers and very kind.

Unfortunately fridge was not working and it is very inconvenient Another big minus is that all night huge AC fans were working and they are just under my windows. So basically the whole hotel ac fans were under my window...very loud. Also the room is tiny.

Okay hotel near the airport

The receptionist was very kind and explained everything very well. Location is 5 minutes from the airport which is important. The air conditioning is very good (heating)

Spider's net on the wall, the beds were uncomfortable, no spare blanket in the wardrobe... The pillows uncomfortable.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the room was a little older, it was fine for the price. Also, breakfast was included in the price. Car parking at the front of the hotel was also very handy. Again, the staff were very good, with a lady trying many times to order me a taxi to arrive in a short time when taxis were busy. I am very appreciative that she was successful.

A small fridge in the room would have been good.

AC didn’t work good it was too hot, stuff speak (or not) bad English. We complained every day because it was really hot and we were exhausted. We had one electric outlet in room and we couldn’t charge our phones.

Conveniently located, just off the motorway, very nice staff. Clean and spacious.

The coffee machine was out of order (but the receptionist was very sweet to offer making some coffee for us). The place is in need of renovation but the room is spacious and clean, which is what matters most.

Receptionist was very nice and helpfull. Breakfast room was set up nicely.

Stayed in room No 114, it was very cold and dated room. Not very clean. Bed not comfortable. Bedding (old douvet) not sufficient for winter stay. Aircon was old style and not heating properly. Bathroom needs update. Toilet seat was broken and toilet kept running all night and filling up the tank. That was very disturbing, considering that I have asked for a quiet room.

We came with kids and to not to be able to put two rooms next to each other was pretty disappointing, the hotel was not full so I guess just a lack of effort from staff to make it happen
