Excellent place to stay and close to the Stelvio Pass (30 mins).

Hotel magnifico, personale eccezionale, servizi più che eccellenti!

L'Hotel è all'inizio dell'abitato di Solda, ha un ampio parcheggio esterno, un comodissimo deposito sci. Gli spazi sono ampi sia in camera che nel bar e nel ristorante e tutto è curato in ogni dettaglio dai proprietari e dallo staff eccezionale. Ha un costo decisamente vantaggioso rispetto ai servizi che offre (io ho prenotato con la mezza pensione). La SPA è varia e molto grande con sauna, sauna alle erbe, bagno turco, piscina e idromassaggio; possibilità di prenotare massaggi e palestra interna. I titolari e lo staff sono i più cortesi che ho trovato negli ultimi anni e nulla in questo magnifico hotel è lasciato al caso. Lo consiglio a tutti: è adatto sia per viaggiatori singoli come me che per coppie e famiglie con bambini. Ottimo anche per raggiungere le piste da sci. Ci tornerà sicuramente.

Das Essen war zwar nicht so gut, wie in anderen Bewertungen angedeutet, aber soweit Gut. Die Weine waren SEHR gut und auch die Empfehlungen hierzu.

Ich hatte eine E-Mail über booking geschrieben, dass ich eine Flasche Prosecco auf dem Zimmer erwarte. Diese Nachricht wurde noch nicht einmal gelesen.

Enttäuschend

Abendessen und Personal sehr gut

In die Jahre gekommen, beim Abendessen wird man um 22:00 rausgeschmissen weil das Personal schon für das Frühstück eindeckt. Das Frühstück ist nahezu ausschließlich Convenience/TK Ware. Bspw. alle Arten von Gebäck und Brötchen sind TK. Wir waren nur da, das die Post in Sulden gerade umbaut. Eller? Nie wieder.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt der zu empfehlen ist

Es handelt sich um ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit einer persönlichen Note. Alle Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Abendessen als Mehrgang Menü ist perfekt. Durch den völlig ausreichenden Wellnessbereich hat man nach einem sportlichen Tag die Möglichkeit zu entspannen. Die Lage ist für den Start vieler Wanderungen perfekt.

Vielleicht könnte das Frühstücksbuffet ein wenig umfangreicher sein. Aber das ist ein sehr persönliches Empfinden.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Hotel.

Ich kann nur positives berichten. Super sauber, tolle Lage, schönes großes Einzelzimmer, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonderen Dank an das Personal im Restaurant dass das immense Pensum zu den Mahlzeiten immer mit einem Lächeln bewältigt hat. Auch für die Hilfe ,bei einem technischen Problem , durch die Dame an der Rezeption vielen Dank. Ich kann das Hotel guten Gewissens voll umfänglich weiter empfehlen.

Sicher schwierig zu händeln aber wenn am Eingang der Sauna mit Schild darauf hingewiesen wird dass das ein textilfreier Bereich ist sollte das auch so sein.Es war kein guter Augenblick in die Sauna zu gehen und der Einzige unter bestimmt 8 Gästen zu sein der da nicht in Badesachen sauniert. Und das in dem Bereich telefoniert wird(habe ich leider erlebt) verbietet sich eigentlich von selbst.

Tutto impeccabile!

Il soggiorno presso l'hotel Eller è stato perfetto: la camera spaziosa, luminosa, munita di ogni comfort, pulita; tutto lo staff è stato accogliente e premuroso con noi ed il nostro bimbo di 2 anni e mezzo dall'inizio alla fine, coccolandoci. Avendo prenotato per una mezza pensione, abbiamo avuto ampia scelta sia a colazione (sia dolce che salata) che a cena (la mattina eravamo invitati a indicare le nostre preferenze per la sera), dove erano previste anche opzioni vegan. Ogni giorno avevamo a disposizione locandine di tutti gli eventi e percorsi effettuabili, con anche il meteo previsto. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina, della zona spa, dell'area gioco dedicata ai bambini, della zona comune munita di giochi da tavolo e libri. Il punto è centrale sia per intraprendere percorsi di trekking utilizzando seggiovia o una delle due funivie che per raggiungere paesi vicini come Trafoi, Prato allo Stelvio, Resia, Merano ecc. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente tranquillo, persone cordiali e affabili sia tra lo staff che tra gli ospiti; è davvero un'eccellenza della zona ed abbiamo vissuto davvero una splendida esperienza di famiglia. Mi sento di consigliare la struttura a tutti coloro che vogliano godersi il relax che la montagna offre senza rinunciare a lunghe passeggiate e intrattenimento per adulti e bambini.

Vše skvělé, určitě se vrátíme.

Skvělé místo, úžasný personál, perfektní servis, krásné wellness. Přestože jsme přijeli proti původnímu plánu později a už bylo po večeři, schovali nám všechny chody. Jídlo bylo naprosto božské, jak v michelinské restauraci. Příjemně překvapily i velmi k hostům přátelské provozní hodiny bazénu a posilovny.
