Yoga and Pilates were offered but not clear how you join classes. Felt less welcoming. More could be done to advertise walks etc

Bliss in the mountains

Location is stunning a great view of the surrounding mountains . check in was fast, friendly and efficient. Room was great with super views.Everyone was so friendly . The evening meal was really nice as was the breakfast. I wish we had more than the one night that we stayed on this occasion .

Wonderful hotel in Trefoi. Great location to relax and enjoy.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the facilities and the views of the mountains all around. Breakfast was wonderful. Despite the hotel getting ready for a wedding with 160 guests, they were never too busy to assist us.

No complaints. Would love to stay again!

unique experience, don’t hesitate to book it!

The view, the pool, hot tubs, cosy, warm, spacious rooms, spotlessly clean. Excellent value for such a unique experience.

when we arrived at check in time (2pm) we were hoping for lunch and there wasn’t any food available - but we found some strudel! and we came down for breakfast about 9:15 and a few of the items were already gone and not replenished.

Disappointing Food

Location was good, car parking was good.

Meal was disappointing. Vegetarian option lacked any flavour. The hotel is family oriented which is fine if you don’t mind small children running about at mealtime.

Het gehele hotel, de medewerk(st)ers, het restaurant, de hotellobby waar altijd een hapje klaar staat, het adembenemende uitzicht vanuit het prachtige restaurant, de heerlijke wijnen, de tuin, alles straalde vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid uit. Klasse!
