Beautiful and peaceful

Beautiful location, we arrived late in the evening after a long day. Was made to feel welcome. Thankfully they were kind enough to serve us food although they had a full house and mid service and about to close the kitchen. The food was excellent, delicious and plenty of. The views were stunning. The parking is underground and with easy access from the hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

Calm, friedly, delicous

A wonderful, calm, friendly hostess received us and when I was asking for gluten-free food, she served me perfectly and very friendly. The food was delicous - a place to come back.

Great place to stay but ..would be better without the hotel dog barking all night!

Good location at end of the road so its surrounded by forest, great views of trees and mountains. Good breakfast selection, easy parking. Friendly staff and nice room (especially if you get corner room with two balconies).

The dog that belongs to the hotel and loves to bark at anything that moves in the night; its the loudest bark ever which echoes down the valley!

Hard working hosts doing a fantastic job making you feel at home. Dinner is hihgly recommended and a nice breakfast. Perfect base to explore south of National Stelvio Parks, Bormio 2000-3000, Ghiacciaio dei Forni, ...

A youth camp a couple of 100m away was a bit noisy from time to time. I think this was rather an exceptional situation.

An exceptionally located hotel a distance away from the busier part of the town but close enough for access to all the activities. Excellent food and charming, helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Lack of cleanliness

The location of the property is very nice. The lady on the reception was nice and trying to speak English (although this was supposed not to be a problem as indicated on Booking)

The room was not cleaned before our arrival. On the table were still small pieces of bread and also on the floor, together with some finger nails and dust. Toilet was smelly. Despite the normal discomfort this would produce us, the lack of interest for cleaning in the COVID context shocked us. We left as fast as possible and for sure we are not going to go back. This terrible experience spoiled our last day of vacation.
