Can recommend if you don’t mind the location. Great Spa

Friendly and accommodating manager Nice big room Great Spa, definitely worth the money.

Not very central but still walkable distance to Bled and other places. Furniture is dated but not bad. Spa is private and you pay extra so make sure to book it. We were lucky and nobody else booked and they let us stay as long as we wanted, but I imagine sometimes it can happen that you won’t get in during your stay.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Rural location with great views and accessible to lake and gorge walks.

Great views, relaxing atmosphere, helpful staff. The owner has bikes available to cycle to Lake Bled which made the distance to the lake easy and without worrying or paying for parking.

Whilst the coffee machine had just broken down, the owner hand made Turkish coffee for all of the guests for breakfast.

A stay to remember at Pension Bled

The management and staff of Pension Bled were very helpful and courteous especially Nejc. They make you feel at home. The place is very clean and well kept and Nejc goes out of his way to make your stay at Pension Bled as relaxing and comfortable as possible. The location is also excellent with breathtaking views of the mountains as a backdrop. Highly recommend this place when visiting Bled.

Perfect selection of all possible breakfast dishes from savoury to sweet. Beautiful view of the mountains from the pool. Quiet street with family houses. Cool staff and a short walk to nearby hikes. And above all nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay and even extended an extra night.

Beds were very comfortable and the room had plenty of storage space to tuck away your personal items. The fridge came in handy. Breakfast was a treat to include all kinds of pastries, juices, coffee and eggs to order, cereals, meats, cheeses, veggies, nuts/berries, rolls (so good!), yogurt and added treats for the kids like mini-pancakes. The view of the Julian Alps from our porch and the church bells ringing were out of a movie. The neighborhood was quiet and very pretty and nice for walking. There was ample space to relax on the front porch or inside the common living room. Spotlessly clean and family-run. Possible to walk into town/Lake Bled but a good mile or so. Definitely recommend.

Pension Bled and our host, Necj, had all the elements required for me to have a great 5-star stay: -a comfortable bed and pillow -a room temperature that I controlled. -quiet -a very clean room, but without chemical cleaner smells. -the best breakfast buffet and coffee -a super host who helped us with train tickets, arranging an airport shuttle, along with advising us on local places to see and things to do. -a location that was walkable to all the things in Bled we wanted to do while being in a beautiful setting. We liked Pension Bled so much that we canceled a night somewhere else and went back to Necj’s!

Pleasant place in nice enviroment

Nice man at the reception. He was helpful and gave all the necessary information about the sights of the territory. The breakfast was satisfactory for us. Clean rooms, good beds, privat parking, pleasant enviroment outside with sofas and silence.

Wifi is weak and I would put a mosquito net on at least one window per room. I would take a smaller and only 1 armchair into the room, because we avoided the two armchairs , they took up unnecessary space and made the otherwise comfortable room crowded.

There is nothing really that I could highlight that did not exceed our expectations. The host, Nejc was friendly, VERY helpful and added a lot of value to our journey. The breakfasts were solid with a surprising amount of options compared to the size of the place, if something happened to be gone (which did not happen often as special attention was paid to refill everything) it was refilled immediately. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. The restaurant and program recommendations were always on spot. If I am ever going back to Bled I know where I'll be staying. Thank you!

Owner and the stuff was extremely nice and, helpful, the rooms and the entire place was squeaky clean, comfortable! Breakfast was exquisite, and delicious! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everybody, look no further!
