Very poor cleanliness, we had to organise our own pans, at least the beds were clean + comfy.

Good location, comfortable beds (not all though)

Cleanliness! Foor was stick;, Kitchen was dirty especially the working surface, the oven and the pans, no washing up liquid provided, one stove was not working and open food was left in cupboards; Dust was visible at walls; bathroom was mouldy and ventilation didnt work and was dusty; sofa had greacy hand prints on.

Great location

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station, with a Co-op supermarket nearby and close to the Lion Monument. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom clean, and the heaters worked well. A nice and convenient place to stay in Lucerne.

Overpriced for what is a basic accommodation, fixtures and fittings sparse, outdated and old style property in need of modernisation to make it value for money. Cleaners came at 10:30 am even though checkout is 11, annoying when trying to get organised to leave.

Spacious apartment, good location

Spacious apartment (great for family trip), good location (walking distance to waterfront and main sites)

Communication issues between the people managing the apartment: 1) On arrival, the key was not on the lockbox as advised, turns out there was a last minute swap of apartments and they did not inform me of the new instructions/code to get the key (I had to call them at the moment I opened the original lockbox and found no key inside); 2) We asked for a later checkout (12pm instead of 11am), the host confirmed. Then at 11am on the day of checkout, cleaners arrived to the apartment asking us to leave. We explained we were allowed a later checkout, the cleaners didn't believe is and then we had to call the host to confirm to the cleaners, which then wasted time and added a bit of stress.

All in all the apartment worked for what we needed.

We liked the location and the size of the bedrooms. Overall space was good except for the bathroom.

The bathtub was a danger to get out of. My husband fell getting out and slipped on the floor mat, hitting his elbow, hip & head. There was not one table knife in the kitchen & very sparse cutlery of any kind. One hand towel for four people for two days was not good.

Apartment was close to downtown. Nice attentive host. Nice and friendly cleaning staff.

The space is nice for a family. It’s really convenient for people who want to cook by themselves and take a leisure time in the living room.

Our electricity stopped at night. So it’s really hard for us to do shower or other things at night. We have to do self check-in, so if we have some problems at night, it’s hard to find someone for help.

need a TV in the main bedroom have step stool and safety handles to grab to get in and out of the tub have 4 cups/glasses only had one small coffee mug no adapter to use plugs. offer atleast one not one sharp knife to cut for cooking add hooks in the bath for towels

Perfect!

Everything was available at the accommodation, location is amazing … Good restaurants, grocery shops, barber shop and all other which is required are nearby, all the public transport is on few steps, railway station is easily reachable.. the transportation system overall is remarkable, recommended for family and group of friends! Communication/ checkin is via mobile, very easy and smooth steps to follow!

La lista è troppo lunga! Mi stupisci delle recensioni e voto alto , motivo che mi ha lasciata convincere di prenotare . Non ho mai dormito tramite Booking in un posto così sporco e di un odore mooooolto chiuso ma un odore che non esce più dai muri ! Appena entrati nel appartamento mi ricordo l’odore che mi ha fatto venire voglia di scappare ma quando hai dietro una bimba di 2 anni che era già in macchina da ore e non vedi l’ora di farla riposare dici : è ora cosa faccio ??? Ha raccolto da terra pelli , capelli lunghi neri che ho trovato pure nel letto. Era tutto molto sudicio . Porte sporche ma di un sporco che era impossibile non notarlo . Devo dire che dalle foto ritrò ciò si percepisce poco . Penso che tra un cliente e l’altro l’unica cosa che fanno è cambiare le lenzuola e basta! Pure farti un caffè ti veniva schifo perché era sporco unto oramai incrostato sulla macchina! Mi pento tantissimo di non aver scelto altro. Cercavo un appartam per gestire bene una bimba in viaggio , erano venuti la mia cugina dall’estero con i figli che oer la prima volta visitavano la Svizzera! Nel ricordo Sudiccio ! Avrei voluto fare foto per prove ma non avevo voglia manco di avere foto del Fever e nel cellulare . Se fosse stato pulito avrei detto semplice ma pulito !

Decepcionante

La ubicación

Apartamento sucio en general, en particular la cocina: cubiertos sin fregar bien, ollas y platos guardados en los armarios con agua, el horno sucio, incluso un plato con restos de comida de otro huésped. El suelo estaba sucio e incluso encontramos basura detrás de una mesita de noche, buscando un enchufe para la lámpara de la mesa (sin éxito). Además, al día de estar allí descubrimos que el llavero del apartamento es un airtag que monitoriza la ubicación, así que si llevas la llave encima no parece muy respetuoso de la privacidad. Tiene menos importancia, pero solo se dejaba una toalla por huésped y la televisión no tiene señal en los canales sintonizados.

Experiencia de llegada mejorable: el código que nos dieron para el cajetín no era correcto y estuvimos un rato con el equipaje al sol hasta solventarlo. Instalaciones y mobiliario anticuados, necesitan una renovación. Edificio mal insonorizado, se escucha el ascensor y los vecinos, especialmente por la noche. Lo peor: incluyen un AirTag en las llaves sin avisarte y que no se puede retirar. No sé si es legal en Suiza pero me parece totalmente inapropiado. Si esa es la confianza que depositan en los huéspedes…

Hospedagem caótica

A localização do apartamento é realmente central. A uns 7/ 10 minutos a pé chega junto ao lago. A cama grande é bastante confortável. Tem internet disponível dentro do apartamento

Uma história bastante decepcionante. - o apartamento bastante sujo, cheia de pó, os electrodomésticos da cozinha todos sujos de já há mais de 1 mês ( vejam as fotografias) - A pessoa ( Ajdin) com quem falamos e reportamos a situação muito arrogante e bruto a falar. Falta de profissionalismo ao mais alto nível, ele não está preparado para a posição que ele ocupa, deveria de fazer algum curso de gestão e de comunicação com clientes. -Pedi para obter reembolso e não queria ficar ali naquelas condições e ele disse que ia falar com a booking para ver qual era a % que eu ia ter de reembolso, porque não ia ter o reembolso total porque as pessoas que estiveram a “trabalhar e a limpar” o apartamento deveriam de serem pagos pelo seu trabalho então iam pagar com o meu dinheiro, foi essa resposta que obtive por telefone ahahhahahah falta de noção . - foi me dito que se eu quisesse o reembolso do apartamento deveria de ter dito isso as 2 p.m ou as 3 p.m ( quando só se pode fazer o check in as 3 pm e eu fiz as 3:10 pm e foi reportado de imediato) Ele queria que eu adivinhasse que a casa estava suja?! Fiquei das 3:15 pm até às 7 pm sem qualquer resposta, tive que ser eu a entrar em contacto (novamente) para ele dizer que não consegue explicar como é que a casa estava naquelas condições e que há 4 horas que estava a tentar resolver a situação e que não sabia que eu ia estar dentro do apartamento o dia todo ( não percebi qual era o problema de eu ficar das 3 até às 7 dentro da casa, se eu paguei para estar lá) A solução dele foi as 7:40 pm mandar um colega dele limpar o apartamento.

Einfach und praktisch für ein Wochenende mit der Familie.

Klein aber praktisch eingerichtet. Check-In war sehr einfach und die Lage ist super. War alles vorhanden was man für eine Nacht braucht.

Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig aber normal für einen Altbau. Sie könnte etwas wärmer gestaltet werden. Bisschen Staub in den Ecken aber sonst sauber.
