Overall a good stay despite a less than ideal location.
Apartment was very clean and comfortable. I coordinated my arrival with the host ahead of time and picked up the keys after a 15 minute wait outside. The unit has a clothing washer but no dryer so I did my laundry in Lucerne the day I left.
The location is near a steal mill and some other industrial sites. The noise wasn't bad considering, but overall it was a bit far from most of the tourist sites. I would recommend using buses for getting to downtown Lucerne and other areas. They're easy to figure out.
