    The hotel is very clean, staff were very friendly and cordial. Bus Stop is a 3-5min walk. Good place to stay in. Would visit again.

    So for lucerne I booked this hotel for 2 nights but it was far from main lucerne sight seeing or city Centre. Its like u need to take bus from city center and like good 10 to 15 mins bus ride to this hotel. Nothing around the hotel. The coop beside this hotel was closed for that particular week so couldn't explore. Room which I choose was absolutely not worth it. It had steps lower in my room and it had a tiny window so absolutely dont book the base category of Rooms. Plz check the size of the rooms while booking. They couldn't change or upgrade me because they were sold out. But bathroom was good big enough. This hotel had Aircon. Though little old but it managed to cool the room. Staff was helpful and tried solving our issues. The price I paid I will say pay little more extra and stay near city Centre. But for 2 nights if rooms I wish I could have got bigger then I can recommend this hotel. No toiletries free in this hotel. And also no mini fridge in room for summer.
