Comfy apartment

The system for the Check In is very convenient. The photos of the place corresponds to the current state of the flat, comfortable, well isolated and heated. Well located with a few trams stops nearby and to 20 mins walking distance to center. There are supermarkets around and a Italian cafe downstairs.

The kitchen could have had some basic stuff such as salt, oil, tea, or dishwasher detergent. It would have been nice to have the smart TV settings in English, as international language, but instead it was in Turkish, which made quite difficult to be changed.

It is a large studio, to get accomodate for all what you need. Close to centrum, fully equipped, one of the best i staye

I like the most cleanliness, and quality of the apartment. Both kitchen and bathroom was equipped well with high quality.

There was missing air conditioner, the room has lots of windows, and it gets hot during the sunny days, so me days were so warm inside. TV was good, but it could be better to have a smart one.

Location was fantastic, room is big and nicely furnished.

Long room with a wall of windows without shutters. Not good for someone who needs darkness. No air con, so terrible in summer when warm. Self check-in is not the easiest

Enjoyed the stay. Had good vibes in the place

It was cozy clean apartment. Very close to the tram station. The response was very quick. No issues with check in. The location was great. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Very much value for money.

We stayed for 7 days. The kitchen sink and stove was very close by and it was difficult to wash dishes while cooking. If a microwave Owen was there it would have been very helpful.

Decent but wouldnt repeat

Central location, spacious apartment.

There is no aircondition which is a major issue in summer in Germany, the apartment was basically an oven and the fan they left didnt help at all. In addition, alot of the apartments are facing the street, which is right in front of a tram stop so if youre a light sleeper, expect to sleep badly.

Very bad experience, will not repeat

The location was great, as well as the automatic key handover machine. The flat was sunny and quiet.

It was very dirty. The floor and wardrobe was dusty and dirty, there were random hairs everywhere including the wardrobe. The kitchen was not equipped, the oven was missing the plate inside, so we had to contact administration to bring us one. They did bring it while we were not there, even after saying they shouldn't come at that time because we are not there. So they came while we were away without our permission. A painting fell off the wall because it was not fixed and we put it aside. Once we were in the apartment, someone just opened the door, it was the maintenance guy thinking there was no one in, and he said he was sent to fix the painting, although we never reported it and we didn't know anyone was coming. The freezer door was completely broken and we didn't use it. Very unprofessional the fact that they just send people in while we don't know it, especially because we have our personal things around and we should have control and knowledge if someone enters the apartment while we are renting it and we are not there. They state there is a washing machine but it should be specified that it's not in the apartment, but in the underground level and it costs 3 euros. Also in the bathroom there is almost no space to put our things, like toothbrush, shampoo, etc. so it was very uncomfortable to use it.

The location is great and the rooms are spacious, equipped with everything to meet your basic needs.

Because there is no staff on sight (self check-in) people rent these apartments to party (because clubs are closed due to Covid, so I was told by someone from Karlsruhe whom I met in the staircase). The walls are thin so even though our 2 rooms were on the 3rd floor we heard the awful music from a floor down. I had to call the police twice because I couldn’t sleep until around 3am. The next morning there was confetti and marks on the carpet in the hallways and staircase - they remained there for the rest of our stay (we stayed from Friday to Monday). Also, both bathrooms were really smelly and the towels were old and stained.
