All was perfect

Perfect place and location if you want piece and to be away from crowds. Amir is an excellent host, very attentive and will take care of all your needs during your stay (bring groceries, even prepared me a lunch from freshly catched carp frok the lake). The house itself consists of 2 separate apartments that ar e divided by inner door and each have all necessary amenities. As there were no other guests Amir allowed be to use the whole house. I loved my stay here and would definately stay again

Good host with nice view!

Perfect view to the lake. just imagin early morning sitting infront of the lake with the sound of birds. Amazing! Very friendly host. Good hospitality by Amir was the best point about this property. We recommend to take the hosts speed boat tour. much better than the other boat offers in that area.

We booked the entire property, but upon arrival, we were surprised to find someone else occupying one of the rooms. As a result, we had to use the couch bed, which was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. We ended up sleeping on the other couches instead. Overall, the property is not suitable for more than two people. NOTE: there is no parking! you have to park your car just accros the street in a very dangerous position! Deffinately not safe for kids!!

Wonderful Weekend at Skadar Lake

Very nice apartment on the river bank. It has living room with sofa bed for two and a separate bedroom with double bed. Room are small but that is not an issue, at least for us. It has wonderful terrace with fantastic river view, sunshade, big dining table and barbeque, so you are going to spend most of the time there anyway. Host was great, he even brought us extra blankets late at night since it was quite cold there at the beginning of May.

Really nothing to complain about. Be aware that you are staying in the nature, close to the river and Skadar lake, so you will have a lot insects flying around in the late evening and frogs can be quite noisy during the night.

El casero fue muy amable y cercano. La casa estaba totalmente equipada y estuvimos muy cómodos. La terraza es increíble y sus vistas inexplicables…. Fue todo una experiencia. En definitiva, es una casa de LUJO. El casero tiene una lancha en la que te puede dar un paseo por el lago.

המקום היה מעוצב בצורה יוצאת דופן, מאובזר עד הפרטים הכי קטנים. נקי מאוד. אמיר קנה לנו מצרכים, השיט אותנו בסירה שלו ועשה לנו סיבוב באגם במחיר סמלי. קיבל אותנו יפה מאוד, עזר לנו בהכל מהעברת המזוודות ועד לשבת עם צייסרים בחצר. היה זמין בכל שעה לכל דבר , הוא גם הציע לנו ארוחת בוקר ועוד. אנחנו עושים טיול בכל מונטנגרו וללא ספק אמיר עלה על כל הציפיות והרים לנו את הרף. אין מילים לתאר את האדיבות של אמיר. לא רק שאין דברים רעים להגיד, אי אפשר לתאר במילים את החוויה המיוחדת שחווינו. חוויה שלא נשכח וללא ספק נחזור.

Hervorragend Lage mit deutlichen Abstrichen durch keine Möglichkeit das Hsus mit dem Auto zu erreichen

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Lage mit riesigen Terrasse direkt am See ist außergewöhnlich!

Das Haus ist , entgegen der Beschreibung , mit dem Auto nicht zu erreichen! Man muss gegenüber an einer vielbefahrene Straße parken und das Gepäck über die Straße und Bahngleise zum Haus tragen. Störend ist auch die viel befahrene Bahnstrecke die allerdings auf der Terrasse wenig zu hören ist.

Idyllischer Seeblick und herzlichster Gastgeber

Die Terrasse hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Fluss/See, wirklich idyllisch. Amir ist ein wahnsinnig aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der sich um seine Gäste kümmert und ein großes Herz für Kinder hat. Wir haben mit ihm eine Spritztour über den See gemacht, Börek, Crêpes, Melone und Eis für die Kinder bekommen. Außerdem hat Amir uns wir für die Entdeckung der Umgebung bekommen, wo nicht jeder hinfährt. Wirklich sehr schön, vor allem wenn man allein dort untergebracht ist. Wir haben ein Feuer in der Feuerschale am Wasser gemacht. Die Kinder konnten direkt vom Grundstück aus baden. Es gibt zwei Küchen, drinnen und draußen. Das WLAN ist gut. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses sind Bahnschienen und die sehr befahrene Hauptstraße, was wir aber außer bei An- und Abfahrt nicht wirklich mitbekommen haben. Rundum ist nicht viel. Aber zum Entspannen ist für alles gesorgt.

À deux pas d'être dans l'eau

Amir est vraiment une personne géniale ! Il nous avait fait des petites courses en amont et nous a proposé une balade en bateau. Même si ce n'est pas lui qui l'a honoré, un ami à lui s'en est chargé et c'était super ! Nous avons eu droit à un petit déjeuner local et maison ! Pour 40€/pers! Juste top! On recommande!! Et le logement au bord de l'eau c'était apaisant !

Les passages du train un peu bruyant et le canapé lit un peu dur n'ont pas favorisé notre nuit mais ce n'est vraiment pas grand chose comparé à tout le reste!

Vistas inmejorables, dormir a los pies del lago.

El lugar era precioso, muy tranquilo y justo enfrente del lago con una terraza enorme. El anfitrión fue muy amable y se ofreció a cocinarnos pescado fresco y a llevarnos en su barca por el lago.

La cama desgraciadamente era un sofá-cama con un colchón muy delgado e incómodo. Hay una carretera de 2 carriles y las vías del tren entre la casa y el acceso por carretera, que hay que cruzar para llegar a la casa y tienes que aparcar al otro lado de la carretera en el arcén. Si tienes un espíritu aventurero no es mayor problema, pero no es adecuado si vas con niños o personas con problemas de movilidad
