Location.

The apartment was poorly equipped and not very clean. First impression was nice but after longer time I have noticed sticky surfaces, someone’s hair in the bed, dirty bathroom, lack of soap. It is also loud in the night but it was not a problem for me. In my opinion it was also overpriced. The place has potential so good luck with organizing it better and nicer for other guests.

Very nice and friendly host family! Nice location at the center of the city. Nice clean room. There’s everything you need: towels, bed linen, dishes etc. They organized transfer from the airport and trips to the lake and mountains at a reasonable price. Zhanna even treated us with tomatoes from her garden!

It’s not about the property but about the area. The building is in the center so there are some night clubs, so on Friday and Saturday it can be a little loud outside.

Disappointed… we had to wait half an hour to have someone coming

The location was great and there was AC.

We booked last minute and the information booking was that someone was going to be there. Usually what happens in that case is that someone emails us with the details. We emailed them when we were close to arriving and they only emailed us back half an hour later :/. Then they gave us information about the parking that was indicated on booking which we wanted to know before arrival. They did not give us any discount given that we waited so much or later checkout which we asked for. Just be aware also that there are a lot of noises from outside until 1am (which is to be expected in the center a Saturday night). It didn’t have black out curtains which made us sleep terribly. Also there was not enough toilet paper, the plugs were far from the bed and plates and glasses were not tidy in the kitchen. Bad experience.

The location could not have been better. The apartment is big enough.

The chairs in the balcony were broken. There are no bedside tables. The bed was not super comfortable. Much renovation work is needed to make it a pleasant space.

great value for money accomodation in a very central location

we were contacted prior to arrival, offering to arrange to collect us from the airport, then we were met to show us to the apartment which was very central, clean and spacious.

the shower was heated by a hot water tank, which we did not realise till the morning, also not a fan of shower curtains

Ponovo se vracem sigurno! Veoma cisto, uredno, lokacija idealna kao i domacini! Topla preporuka.

Najvise mi se svidjela lokacija jer je u samom centru grada! Apartman je cist i ima sve potrebno za kratak boravak. Ima klima uredjaj i jako udobne krevete. Domacin ljubazan i uvijek dostupan za bilo koju pomoc.

Die Wohnung und Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Matraze eher dünn, keine Bettwäsche an sich, eher ein Überwurf als Decke, Balkonmöbel waren defekt.

Der Mann, der angeblich der Bruder der Besitzerin ist, war sehr nett.

Als wir schon vor Ort waren sagte man uns, dass ein Musikfest auf der Straße wäre. Es war bis 3 Uhr Früh aber soooo lauter Bass von einem Club unter uns im Garten, dass schlafen unmöglich war. Die Einrichtung war sehr veraltet (siehe Fotos). Und als wir unser Geld zurückhaben wollten, hat uns die Dame gedroht und meinte, sie habe schon die Polizei informieren wollen, weil unsere Kinder so laut waren. Das war jedoch eine glatte Lüge, da wir erst am Abend um 20 Uhr ankamen, dann haben sie Ferngesehen und dann hat man bis 3 Uhr nur mehr den Bass gehört. Und in der Früh sind wir aufgewacht und gleich nach dem frisch machen gefahren und wir waren zu keiner Zeit laut.
