A nice apartment with a touch of something special

I really appreciated the fact that this comfortable apartment is located next to a busy street, yet I had 0 problems with the noise. The night was perfectly calm, and I could sleep peacefully. For me, a good accommodation has cleanliness, good internet, combination of natural and electric lighting, a decent enough TV to watch movies before bed, basic kitchen and bathroom items. I was completely carefree.

Quiet and modern flat near the city centre with a great host!

Very nice location close to the city centre, with a lot of parking options around the flat. The communication with the host was excellent, and the check in is super easy. The area around the flat is very calm, and although there is a big boulevard next to the building the apartment is facing the interior parking lot and a few restaurants so it is quiet and making the vibe refreshing. The apartment was really up to our expectations and is a great value for money. It's clean, modern decorated and spacious. Big thanks to the host for allowing us to enter the apartment 3 hours earlier, and for letting us stay for 3 hours after the planned check out time - it meant a lot since our flight was only in the evening.

Nice location and park new the house, so you can walk. Easy check in and out, by the key. Clean flat

Quite old, not working door in the toilet, no lamp in the floor lamp. It was quite cold., so we found one more blanket, but there was no any extra blanket case. It was quite loud outside because of the nearby restaurants. The heater in the bathroom has drainage. Need to be maintained.

Everything went extremely well. The flat is the same as pictures, the host was nice and helpful and even gave us the possibility to stay longer as our transfer was out of the check out hours. Check in and check out is in no contact style, so it's not a problem to come any time.

It wasn't a problem for us, just it's worth mentioning that air conditioner is only in 1 room

Its was on the 3rd flood and no lift available. There was mosquitoes. Maybe the owner could put some nets to the windows? Just a recommendation.

it’s naturally well-lit, spacious and cozy. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is dark with the blinds down - perfect for getting a good night’s sleep. Filip, the host, was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to be!

It was very cozy and clean! The bed was very comfortable and it was really convenient as an apartment. It had everything a person needs. What I really liked was the blinds. They could go all the way down so you could sleep in full darkness if you liked and not wake up early in the morning because of the sun! (Something that happens in many rooms that have a very light curtain or no blinds!) The bathroom was convenient too, with hangers for the towels and a countertop to put all your stuff!

The apartment had a great location, And was spottles and clean. With restaurant,cafes and bars with inn walking distance. The apartment is not big,but the owner ( Filip) has designed it so it feels roomy. And thank you again for takeing me to the airport.

We'll definitely be back!

The apartment was clean and centrally located. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance. The owner was quick to respond and informed me about everything I needed to know. There was ample public parking behind the apartment. There are nearby bar/cafes, but with the windows shut, the noise wasn't a problem at all. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos. And best of all, our four-legged member of the family was welcome here, but the apartment does not smell at all like pets. Smoking is prohibited and the apartment has no smell of smoke, nor anything else unpleasant. Very satisfied!

These aren't negatives, but if you plan to stay here you should know that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator. The shower was fine for us, but a very large person could have difficulty getting in it.

The apartment was very clean and well equiped. It is very comfortable, and comunication with the owner was easy. Location is very close to the town centre. The cost was reasonable, given the location and all the good characteristics of the apartment.

The door lock on the toilet door does not work, and should be fixed. Also there are few bars near by which starts with loud music rather early so that is bit of a problem.
