Center Square

Apartamentul este foarte bine amplasat, este într-un loc central. Apartamentul este spațios, dispune de aer condiționat, ceea ce e excelent pentru sezonul călduros.

Nu mi-a plăcut ca locația nu are o parcare individuală, există o parcare a blocului, primul venit, primul parcat, sunt foarte multe mașini parcate. Ar fi bine să specifice asta în anunțul cazării.

The location is amazing! It is just nearby the independence square, which is not only the heart of Podgorica, even the heart of this country. It is near to all the sightseeings in Podgorica. The surrounding community is full of restaurant, bar, cafe, supermarket, and pharmacy (this helps me a lot). The area of this apartment is the second highlight -- it even have six rooms (including balcony)! Every day I spent some time reading on the balcony which faces the cafe in front of the building. The landlord's hospitality should absolutely not be overlooked. I arrived several hours earlier than the check-in time, and the hostress allow us to check-in, and make a detailed introduction about the surrounding sightseeings. She is so nice! And my messages were always responsed quickly. The equipments in this apartment is very adequate (we love the floor tiles which make the atmosphere very comfortable and nostalgic). The three air-conditions work very well (the weather is quite hot during our staying).

Although our experience in this apartment is great and perfect, to be fair, I still list several points which might matter with other guests: (1) some equipments is a bit old and not under good condition, the dome light for kitchen, vegetable sink and living room is out of serivce, and the lock of door is hard to rotate. (2) the design of shower facility is not optimal, so we always make the floor wet. (3) During the period we staying, there is serious construction noises in several morning (4/8 days), which awoke us at 8:30, but this is not the issue of this apartment. (4) The toilet has a slight odor.

We appreciated the central location, which made it easy to get around Podgorica. The checkin was straightforward, and although the lady who let us in wasn’t very friendly, she did give us all the necessary instructions. The apartment has a couple of sofa beds in the living room, meaning up to four people can stay. There is free parking available, and we were lucky enough to find a space when we arrived around 3pm.

The welcome felt a bit cold, and the apartment itself is quite dated, with old furnishings and decor throughout. The AC in the living room didn’t cool the space well, making it uncomfortable in the heat. Light control was poor, the blinds weren’t working and the curtain was a makeshift one held up by nails, so blocking light wasn’t really possible. Parking, although free, is very unreliable; later in the day there were no spaces at all, and many people were struggling to find parking, so we had to park elsewhere.
