Cozy Place.

It is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The host is very friendly. I enjoyed my stay there and definitely recommend it.

Acceptable for a short layover stay.

The apartment is located in the center of Podgorica, so we were able to get everywhere walking. The apartment is also on the last floor so it gives a great view of the city and it is very luminous thanks to the very large windows in all rooms.

There was opened wine and liquor bottles in the fridge, there were no bed sheets for the sofa beds so we had to use blankets we found, one of the rooms has a creepy storage room in the closet, and it was somewhat hard to communicate with the host due to language barrier.

The view! Lovely light apartment. Large airy living area. Comfortable beds. The warm welcome (even though we were a bit late) from the very friendly and helpful host. One bedroom was excellent. Air conditioning (there was a heatwave). Close to supermarket. 15 mins to train and bus. Easy walking to explore.

The look of the apartment block from the outside. The lift (but as the apartment is on the 7th floor, thank goodness there was one!) one bedroom was a bit cramped

this was already our second time int he apartment. We went back, because we love it. We needed a central apartment with great views, living room, kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms. This apartment has it all.

Amazing view from the 7th floor. The apartment is big, very central, conveniently equipped . We stayed there in February and the price was really reasonable. Perfect location. all services within in a few seconds/minutes walk: supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, market hall, shopping mall, cafés etc etc.

Lokacija je odlična. Cijena je takođe dobra. Centar grada je blizu i odličan pogled sa šestog sprata. Stan je dobro uređen i toalet je bio odličan.

Jedina zamjerka je to što se stan nije odavno čistio detaljno , samo površno. Paučina je svud po plafonima i prašina je u svim uglovima. Ispod kreveta je puno prašine i u svim djelovima namještaja.

Der Ausblick war wunderschön. Die großen Fenster haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage war sehr zentral. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants und Supermärkte. Viel Platz und ein großes Badezimmer sowie zwei Schlafzimmer

Heel ruim appartement, met prachtig uitzicht en erg centrale ligging. Super aardige host die met behulp van google translate je in alle talen wegwijs maakt! Het appartement ligt op de bovenste verdieping van een ouder gebouw. Laat je daar niet door tegenhouden. Niet alles is even nieuw. De uitrusting is echter zeer uitgebreid. Parkeren is trouwens ook geen probleem!

Großzügiges Appartement in bester Lage

Top Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Podgorica. Die schön aufgeteilte Wohnung im 7. Stock erreicht man mit dem Fahrstuhl (bis zum 6. OG, ab dann noch ein Stockwerk zu Fuß). Großzügig geschnitten und gut aufgeteilt findet man dann 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich (hier können auch noch mal bis zu 4 Personen schlafen) mit offener Küche. Auch ein Duschbad ist vorhanden. Es gibt massig Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Wolldecken. Sogar Waschmaschine/Trockner ist vorhanden. Die super freundlichen Besitzer haben uns in der Unterkunft empfangen, alles ausgiebig gezeigt und Tipps gegeben. Auch der Checkout war total unkompliziert. Das Appartement kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden!

Très bel accueil, hôte disponible et facilement joignable ; appartement moderne, spacieux, bien équipé, très lumineux. Il est situé à proximité du centre-ville, de la gare, de la bus station et des commerces. Belle vue sur les montagnes
