Great location, spacious, public parking with lot of spots available.

It is a spacious apartment equipped with all necessities for a short stay of a family. Good location and plenty of parking space just add to the comfort

Although the mattresses and pillows are nice and comfortable, the beds are squeaky which is pretty annoying.

Luxury apartment is a misdescription

Not a lot.

There was nothing Luxury about it. Just a flat in a block of residential flats on a main road. No garden as described in the Advertising. It had stone steps leading up to the door, so not at all suitable for anyone with walking difficulties even though they described it as ground floor. Bedroomndown the basement was strange, especially for people that weren't young and energetic.

Great! Definitely would recommend to anybody!

The apartment is really spacious with a lot of room for sleeping, eating and relaxing. Everything was clean and ready for the comfortable stay. Also the host was really helpful and provided all the needed info in the timely manner.

The bed springs were a little bit loud, so while sleeping if changing sleeping positions often it can disturb people who are sleeping in the same room, but this is really minor remark/issue.

Very happy with this spacious, well appointed apartment. Would stay here again.

Location was central to all of the pertinent sites to be seen. There was a grocery store a few blocks away. Very good Indian restaurant not far away with good vegetarian choices. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Loved having a washer/dryer after a few weeks of travel. Kitchen had essentials for cooking breakfast. Even a dishwasher.

Read the fine print, he wants cash payment. Would be easier to pay electronically but not a big deal. Just don't forget like I did.

Everything was amazing : the location, the equipments and the host. Especially the host. He has been really helpful, form booking a taxi for my friends to giving us recommandations for the bests restaurants around. He was very nice and reactive. I strongly recommend it !

The apartment was in a perfect location to explore Podgorica , lovely and clean , stocked with all the necessary equipment for making meals etc. Luka was so friendly and helpful , he made checking in simple and even gave us suggestions for places to see and restaurants. Perfect !

Perfect apartment in a good location

The apartment was just perfect for us! It was well equipped, nice and quiet, and the kids loved the hidden bedroom downstairs. The location was good. The owner was very flexible and friendly.

The blankets without covers were a bit weird for us.

The location is good, walking distance to the church, restaurants and supermarkets. The owner is very helpful and he also has WeChat. The restaurant he recommended is so nice. The apartment is big enough for a family and with free parking in front of building.

lovely apartments and hosts

We loved staying in the two spacious apartments. The location is excellent, very close to the city centre and shops and cafés are nearby. The hosts were very accommodating with the check-in, booking taxis for us, and recommending activities.

The kitchens could have been a bit better equipped with e.g. water glasses, small cutting knifes for fruit and vegetables, cutting boards etc.

It is a perfect stay in Podgorica, close to all main restaurants, parks and other points of attraction. Ad of 2023 our apartments on the first floor were pristine and kept in perfect condition. The look and feel is also superb.

Central Clean and Spacious with a fantastic host - This should be your first choice!

The host kept us informed all the way to the property, resolving any issues we had in finding the second one straight away. The entrance (if you are booking more than one) is not in the same building but very close. My advice would be to look at the front of the buildings not the rear like we did in the rain :-) The flats were spacious with all the facilities that you will need, they are spotlessly clean and very modern. The beds we found were comfy and the living space more than adequate (we filled the places with 9 of us in total). The TV has lots of useful stations in English (Netflix YouTube) and I think you can connect your phone and all that jazz. The main thing though that made this place stand out was the interaction from the host. He was truly ace, with us landing into the town late on he guides us not only through expected costs but also recommended really good places to eat. Then to top it all made sure the taxis picked us up and didn't overcharge us. We truly couldn't ask for anymore from a host and we will be sure to make sure to check his places out first whenever we come to Podgorica. He truly helped to make the weekend break Thank You! And Thank You for the bottle of home made wine, that was tremendous.

Nothing, the place was perfect. Oh the only thing to note is one of the bedrooms in apartment 7 is down a very steep set of steps (through a hidden floor door - I kid you not :-) ) which may not be suitable for children, but it truly is a minor thing and not a gripe.
