Perfect

Location, Cleanness, Closeness to local vegetables and fruit market, food stores and eating locations. Price to Quality factor. 400 m to the intercity bus station. Communication to the host is seamless - he's always on line.

The only factor, which can be uncomfortable for some travellers is the absence of elevator to the 4th floor.

Perfect Apartment

Communication was excellent, always replied to every question very fast. Apartment was very big, excellent for the price, 5mins from old town, 10mins from main centre. All in walking distance. Flat was clean, even change bedding,towels after 4 days. Even let us stay a hrs of checkout, which was brilliant and so helpful, as our flight was later in the day. Rooms cleans, Queen beds, pletty of space.

Central, spacious, great

The hosts were friendly, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, they have the best shower ever. Close to city center, good experience for check-in and check-out.

This is just some points to pay attention to when going there, not something I didn't like: - apartment is at the last floor (3rd or 4th, I don't remember) without elevator - host speaks little English, but we managed with google and everything went well

Moderno, grande y ubicación ideal

El apartamento es grande y tiene todo lo necesario. Es moderno y muy espacioso. La ubicación es perfecta, porque está a 10 minutos (un par de calles) de la Plaza de la Independencia. Por cierto, a 5 minutos hay un restaurante tradicional, Pod Volat, de comida tradicional y barato. Nos lo recomendó la anfitriona. Para aparcar gratis detrás del edificio hay que tener suerte, pero no es imposible.

Apartament molt cuidat

L'atenció dels amfitrions és fantàstica i l'apartament és súper ampli. Compta amb aire condicionat, imprescindible per a la calor de l'estiu. Tot molt net i llits molt còmodes.

La manca d'ascensor (cal pujar fins a un 5è i hi ha moltes escales) i una mica massa allunyat dels punts que volíem visitar a la ciutat: 30' fins a la catedral ortodoxa.

L’emplacement proche des bus. Bel appartement de 2 chambres. Équipement complet pour ça rien à dire et appartement très propre. L’accueil souriant et chaleureux.

En point d’amélioration je dirai le confort de la literie car pour nous les matelas étaient trop ferme.

Prima locatie, voldoende parkeergelegenheid

Prima locatie, lekker in de binnenstad. Alle faciliteiten in de buurt. Podgorica heeft niet veel hotspot plekke maar daar kan de verhuurder niks aan doen. Wel lekker eten in de buurt. Vooral restaurant Pod Volat is aan te bevelen. Zeer ruim appartement.

Wat straat lawaai maar dat weet je als je in de binnenstad zit.

Sehr schönes Apartment

- Super nette Gastgeber, Kommunikation schnell und unkompliziert. Sehr hilfsbereit. Die Restaurantempfehlung war toll, ein sehr leckeres Restaurant. Sie haben uns sogar für den Morgen ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. - Das Apartment ist riesig mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmer. Sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. - Die Lage ist super zum erkunden aller Sehenswürdigkeiten, auch zu Fuß.

- Die Betten waren für mich zu hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. - Die Eingangstür des Gebäudes schließt leider nicht und ist demnach immer offen gewesen. Da hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr Sicherheit gewünscht.

Krásný byt přímo v centru za super cenu.

Ubytování přímo v centru, hezky vybavené, puštěná klimatizace před naším příjezdem, balkon ze kterého jsme viděli na ulici, kde stály motorky.

Snad je drobnost - absence vlastního parkoviště, ale motorky jsme měli na očích přímo na chodníku, takže v pořádku.

L'arrivée dans un quartier "coupe-gorge" d'où on aimerait repartir immédiatement La méfiance de l'hôte, un accueil froid comme il est courant dans ce pays... Au 4ème étage sans ascenseur Parties communes délabrées avec des énormes trous dans les murs Les lits durs comme de la pierre L'appartement donne sur un boulevard très passant et il est mal insonorisé donc très bruyant, voitures, klaxon...

Lokalizacja jeśli chcemy być w centrum. Pani dającą klucz bardzo miła wszystko pokazała, opisała. Mieszkanie jak na zdjęciach.

Parking od strony podwórka mocno brudny zatłoczony, samochody z dostawą di sklepów..ponieważ centrum głośno od rana jeśli ktoś chce dłużej spać, ciężko. Brak mikrofalówki.

A szállás tiszta és kellemes volt, jó elhelyezkedéssel. Sok bolt és étterem a környéken. A vendéglátó kedves volt és informatív. A check-in és a check-out gördülékeny volt.

Kicsit kemény volt az ágy, de nem kellemetlenül. Nincsenek tv adók, csak a smart tv-n keresztül elérhető online stream szolgáltatókhoz lehet saját előfizetéssel kapcsolódni. Sajnos nincs lift, ezért sokat kellett lépcsőzni.

Lokalizacja dobra wszędzie blisko, bez problemu odebrane klucze Pani gospodarz bardzo miła o wszystkim Nas poinformowała gdzie pójść, co zobaczyć, gdzie zjeść itp. w apartamencie czysto, dobrze zaopatrzony. 10 min jazdy samochodem od lotniska. Z czystym sumieniem do polecenia.
