If you don’t want to be in the busy centre this is a very good location

It is very spacious and the airco is working very well. You can sleep very good because you can make the room very dark. Owners are very nice.

Overall it was not what we expected or as reflected by the reviews. We have encountered the place cold not warm and welcome. One of the beds required was not made upon our arrival and as we booked for 4 we were expecting 4 beds made. Some little issues on the house that need attention/ repairs

Clean and comfortable with wonderful hostess

Lady who let us in was wonderful, even picked some figs for us from her tree in the garden. Everything was very clean and comfy. Apartment is suitable for 4 people. It has a nice balcony and a beautiful cat who roams in the garden.

A bit further from the center so we had problems finding a taxi early in the morning at the checkout.

really great place--huge, especially for me traveling solo. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating--Lazar & Marco in particular, but their parents did what they could, too, taking the language barrier into account. I'm also very grateful that they're so pet-friendly.

The lack of a shower curtain made bathing a little tricky. That's literally all I can think of--I'll definitely try to stay with them again next time I'm in Podgorica!

Great apartment with everything you need & Marco was very welcoming.

This shouldn’t be an issue if you’ve researched the location but it’s around a 20 minute walk from the centre.

Exceptional

The apartment is very spacious for a one-bedroom flat and has everything for a pleasant stay: comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen (which even has an electric kettle to make tea, a rare thing in countries like Montenegro and Greece, where people prefer coffee), spacious balcony, bathtub and shower. There are kiosks just outside and an IDEA supermarket 4 min away. The lovely Park Gorica is nearby for a jog, cycle or just a peaceful stroll. We noticed the park had at least two cafes and some activities for kids, but there were also plenty of secluded and quiet areas. The flat is 10 min away by car from the bus/train station, or 42 min on foot. Plenty of taxis outside the station to take you there. The area the apartment is in was quiet and felt 'upmarket' - lots of cosy cafes nearby and if you walk back into town centre, you will pass by many embassies. Lazar and his parents are wonderful people and were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Podgorica.

The only negative was that it was so hot, we couldn't sleep without the balcony door and bedroom window open. But if you keep them open, you can hear the road. Not a big deal, but perhaps an aircon for the bedroom could be helpful (there is aircon in the kitchen/dining area).

Заселение, выселение без проблем. Чисто, соответствует описанию. Достаточно уютно. Вкусный лимон под окном. Замечательный хозяин, помог вызвать такси. Отличная пиццерия через дорогу. Магазины (продукты, хозтовары, одежда) рядом.

Не понравилась то, что только холодная вода в умывальнике. И не понравилось ходить первый день в куртке в квартире. Все же зимой обогреватели нужно включать до заселения, особенно если о нем известно заранее.
