It was right in the center of Podgorica. The host was so kind, welcoming was on time to receive us. Explained the amenities in the property. Rooms were cozy and had a great view outside the living room.

It was on 6th floor and the lift was too small to hold 3 people at a time.

It’s on the sixth floor and stair well is a bit ‘edgey’ - but you have to get over this as it’s basically a great property and the small lift works just fine

The apartment was superb value for money and we have a great stay.

Excellent location! Only short walks to lovely restaurants, deli bars, supermarket, shopping mall and the Old Town. We ere only minutes away from the fantastic fresh produce market where we bought some of the finest strawberries I have ever eaten, very cheaply. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. I loved the old fashioned lift! Alex was super helpful and very responsive in his communications. Thank you for a lovely stay in your apartment.

We were a group of three women and we would have appreciated a higher bracket to fit the shower head for hair washing purposes. It was a bit awkward having to hold the shower head but we managed OK in the end.

WONDERFUL place to stay!

Very large, clean apartment in an excellent location close to center sights, restaurants and grocery stores, and just a 4-minute walk to or from the main bus and train stations. Super comfortable bed and nice pillows. Enclosed shower with strong pressure and plenty of hot water. Lots of light, good closet space, fast elevator, easy-to-use washing machine, strong wifi. Super easy check-in and excellent communication via WhatsApp with the very helpful and kind host.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The host was very nice person, who met us with keys and explained all about the property and the neighbourhood. The host cared about free parking for our car near the entry of our apartment. The area is very safe, close enough to city center and several supermarkets.

Convenient Location - Excellent Host, Clean Well-Planned Rooms - Good Utensils, linen, etc, Good Air Conditioning, Good Washing Machine and Dishwasher, Safe apartment, very near to the bus stop - near to supermarket for marketing daily needs and worth the money paid.

The road needs cleaning - the lift needs overhauling.

Pleasant enough stay in cool apartment with minor irritations incompatible with price range

- a) Good location - between rail/bus stations and city centre b) Quiet neighbourhood - and views from sixth floor (with lift) c) Shuttle to airport on departure d) Large table for computer work e) Bedside lamps f) List of taxi firms - and clear instructions re WiFi g) Well illuminated h) Proximity to "Domaci Ukus" restaurant across street towards centre i) Provision of toiletries etc

- a) It was cold. Despite air conditioning set for twenty-two degrees room temperature on the unit never displayed more than eighteen during three full days of operation. (If this due to incorrect operation, needs guidance on use) b) Water heater ran out of hot water each day - acceptable for one person but would need a shift system for full capacity of five guests (or VERY short "lick of water" showers) c) Telephone call was needed to find location of kitchen light switches (they are well into a recess above the oven) d) Lack of riser rail or soap dish in shower compartment e) Red/blue marks on bathroom tap indicated cold/hot not hot/cold f) Building number (116) sign is barely distinguishable from colour of building - not the traditional white/blue (as sign at 98). Actually next to Hertz office g) Life would have been difficult if I had not had a LOCAL telephone - or expensive if I had been reliant on a telephone with foreign SIM card

Excellent stay, apartment felt luxurious and cozy, had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Alexander was an excellent host, he came in person to drop the keys and explain a few things. He was very friendly and helped us out with the luggage too. Apartment is on the 6th floor but the lift works just fine. The place has majority of facilities any average person will ever need.

Everything was great. Maybe a few shelves in the bathroom would be nice to put hair and face products on, but other than that, no complaints!

Comfortable and convenient stay in Podgorica

Very comfortable and spacious flat, great living area with views over Gorica Hill. Host Alexandar is very friendly and welcoming. The flat was clean, it has been renovated (the building is old) and the kitchen is very well equipped with all you need. All the basics consumables are provided which is a very nice touch. Location is nice and convenient, short walk to the old town or city centre, with a supermarket and bakery across the road. Would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Only a small issue in the bathroom is the shower has no holder in the wall for the showerhead, so you have to hold it with your hands. But it's a very minor issue in what was a very pleasant stay.
