Clean and spacious apartment in a very quiet condo complex

We stayed in an apartment on the 2nd floor and it was very nice and spacious. Nice balcony facing the hill. The place is very quiet and in a condo complex with a couple coffee shops downstairs. Everything is clean and pretty new. The staff is friendly and polite. We asked to leave luggages after check out time and there they promptly agreed to help us. 10 minutes walk from Podgorica bus station and 15/20 to main attractions so you won’t require any transports. I 100% recommend this place.

I would only suggest to replace the kettle. A very small thing that would make it literally perfect!

The environment, cleanliness, and accessibility to town.

I think the name used is not the real name as my taxi driver found it difficult to know where it was until I showed him pictures. When I got there, a few persons also mentioned that Apartment Tulip is not the name.

Een gloednieuw appartement dat goed en smaakvol is ingericht. De locatie: dichtbij het vliegveld (15 minuten met de auto) en verder lopend de stad ingegaan.

Нормальнно, но за такую цену можно было бы исправить текущие недостатки

Кваритира очень уютная и всё как на фото. Чисто, красиво, есть посуда, но не вся. Например у сковородок не было крышек. Также хотелось бы, чтобы хозяин ставил хотя бы пару бутылок питьевой воды. Прямо в жилом комплексе есть продуктовый магазин, что очень удобно. Я вначале пошла по гугл картам в другой магазин (там даже яиц не было). В подъезде чисто, на территории тоже красиво. До аэропорта всего 15 минут. Можно пользоваться приложением ТеслаГоЭпп, дешевле в 2 раза, чем предлагает хозяин. Расчет либо по карте, есть терминал, либо наличкой. Это тоже удобно.

Не было долгосрочных продуктов: подсолнечное масло, соль, перец, всего 1 пакетик зеленого чая. Пришлось покупать это всё, а потом это все оставить. Также не было порошка, вначале хозяин предлагалать купить мне самой, но потом через 30 минут порошок принесла хаузкикер. Очень сильная слышимость, потому что между дверью и подъездом щель, даже свет из подъезда попадает в квартиру. Если в подъезде люди разговаривают, то дверь как в отеле, ничем вас не защищает.
