Very nice apartment in nice location! The city center, shops and restaurants were nearby. The apartment is well-equipped, so everything we needed were provided. The apartment complex and the balcony are very beautiful and pleasant.

The smell in the apartment was a bit uncomfortable for me. I still don't understand, if it was a kind of aromatizer or a slight smell of cigarettes.

Modern studio, fully equipped - good communication with the host. 15 minutes walk from the center

Great studio, well furnished, located in a modern building. Approx 15 minutes walking distance to the city center. High fiber wifi connection available and kitchen is fully equipped. There's also a balcony. The host was replying fast on whastapp. Very calm - but a bit far away from the center. However it's a great place to work from and there's a modern café in the apartment complex.

Got my shuttle organised by MI - it was slightly more expensive than the average price and the driver arrived late. The car was very old (700'000km) which does not really justify the price.

The host is really nice and well organized. When there's a problem they fixed it immediately. The apartment is new, modern designed, it has everything we need, especially Netflix. Complete dark shade (window) so we can sleep without sunlight waking us up.

I think the bed is not king size, but queen size. But it was ok. Not a problem for us, since everything else is great. Recommended!

A brand new flat in Podgorica with a few flaws and great potential

The flat is brand new and the host is proactive so interaction with him is quick and effective. The host contacted Booking to clarify the address details.

- ADDRESS - Partial details meant that we spent an hour searching. The Google map sent by the host can be used only if guests have Internet connection. Even the taxi driver had trouble finding the place. In the end we had to phone the host and use roaming. - FLAT - Being new, the flat needs some improvements which the owner has promised to introduce. - HOOKS are essential to hang the towels - TAP is very loose, needs fixing - KETTLE difficult to use because the sockets are not in convenient places - TOILET PAPER HOLDER needed - CUTLERY could be increased

The apartment is new. I think I was the first host. Super clean, super nice. Everything is of high quality. You can easily manage the temperature. Blinds work good. Windows are thick. AC is the quietest one I have seen. It was never too hot. And the balcony provides a shady environment with a pleasant wind if you want fresh air. Host is super nice and speaks English well. I had trouble withdrawing all the cash upfront because my bank did not have ATMs in Montenegro and I had to find the ones that take lower fee. The host was understanding and flexible. Overall an incredibly good value for it's price.

The building is new and you might experience some construction noises from neighbours. But that's a chance in any apartment.

This is a nice and comfortable apartment for a couple!

The owner and his mother are very friendly! Kindly, they agreed to check us in 5 hours earlier, we arrived from the airport at 9 am. This made us very happy! Thank you 😊

We had a very warm welcome by our host,inside of the apartment we had cookies waiting for us and everything was tidy and clean.Excellent location for whoever wants to explore the city.Nice neighborhood and supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Host was there for all our questions and he was helping us during our stay.

올드 타운까지 도보로 15분 거리에 모던하지만 따뜻한 분위기의 주상복합건물 4층에 위치해 있다. 작은 테라스에서 내려다 보이는 뷰도 정겹고 편안하다. 무엇보다 5성급 호텔 못지 않게 깔끔하고 단정하며 커피 차 스넥 과일 물 음료수 및 필요한 것들이 집처럼 잘 구비되어 있다. 머무르는 동안 조용하고 아늑한 환경에서 숙면을 잘 취했다. 도착하는 날 비가 왔는데 호스트가 버스 터미널까지 차로 픽업을 와주었고 머무르는 첫 이틀동안 내내 비가 내리자 호스트가 넷플릭스를 보며 먹으라고 팝콘을 만들어서 몬테네그로 저녁 식사와 함께 가져다 주었다. 그녀는 정말 친척집에 온 것 처럼 나를 편안하게 해주었다. 무엇보다 혼자 여행하던 나에게 같은 층 약간 대각선 맞은편에 가족과 함께 살면서 살뜰히 나를 돌봐주는 그녀의 존재가 안전함을 느끼게 해주었다. 홀로 여행하는 여성분들에게 특히 강력히 추천한다. 내가 Burek과 Cevapi를 좋아한다고 하니 그녀는 좋은 식당을 추천해 주었고 심지어 찾아가기 복잡한 장소는 함께 가주기도 했다. 또 시간이 맞으면 공항까지 15유로에 그녀가 직접 sending도 해준다. Podgorica에 다시 가고 싶은 이유는 그녀를 다시 만나기 위해서 일 것 같다. 공항으로 떠나기 전 날 날이 개어서 그녀가 추천해 준 공원(걸어서 25분)을 방문했는데 산책하고 러닝하기 좋았고 예쁜 카페도 있고 시내 야경을 보기도 좋았다. 아름다운 일몰이였다.

Obiekt znajduje się w pobliżu centrum stolicy Macedonii. Jest bardzo blisko do większości zabytków, muzeów, miejsc historycznych. Na parterze budynku znajduje się Pub Paviljon 36, który niestety jest czynny do wczesnych godzin rannych co uniemożliwia normalny wypoczynek. Właściciel apartamentu nie zapewnia pomimo swoich zapewnień niezależnego miejsca parkingowego, niestety trzeba zapewnić je sobie we własnym zakresie.
