Good location. Basement can be tolerated in hot summer time but I wouldn't stay there in Winter time

Location, It is next to Big Fashion Center. It was clean and well organized. There is every thing you may need.

1. When making the reservation, it was not written anywhere that the rented place was in the basement. 2. In the text of the contract, it was written that the payment could be made with Visa or Mastercard and similar cards. However, I was persistently asked to pay in cash. Even though I told them that their request was against the contract and showed them the relevant article, they said "it doesn't matter what is written there, we always work like this, we don't accept cards".

Rude not interested host but good apartment

First and foremost, the host does not like being contacted by text message, I only asked him about the hot water in the bathroom wash basin and kitchen sink and he sent me an abusive text. The flat itself has everything you want cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and even dryer. However, there is no microwave. There is a mall, three minutes walk across the road and it takes 25 minutes to walk to the centre, but you can get a bus. Things that need repairing: the lightbulbs need to be stronger, because the apartment is in the basement, and it does feel dull, the light switch next to the dining table crackles. Faulty electrics are dangerous. As mentioned earlier the wash basin and kitchen sink need to run hot water. The air-conditioning provides ample, hot and cold, but the underfloor heating does not work. I’m not sure how comfortable it would be during the winter months.

Convenient location to the place of my business. Quiet place, close to food store and other shopping. Clean and spacious apartment, but in the basement. Anyway, there was some sunlight in the kitchen in the morning. Possibility to park on the property.

Dishwasher not working during our stay. There could be little more cooking dishes and plates.

The apartment was clean and tidy. It was very good value for money. All things we needed were available. The furniture and design were amazing. The owner was very hospitable. We recommend it strongly.

Good place but...

It’s quite a big place and well facilitated, kitchen and room is great.

No extra soap for shower provided for a family and it’s not very common to see this one happened during our stay in other apartments, heating is not sufficient because only taking floor heating in the living room and kitchen area.

Нас встретили у входа. Рядом большой торговый центр, много баров. В кухне есть все необходимое, даже с избытком. Кровать удобная, вода горячая. Тихо. Парковка удобная. Нам нечего было пожелать. Все ок!

Нам все понравилось. Сочетание цены и качества идеальное. В апартаментах есть запас специй, масло. Вся бытовая химия, шампуни. Все работает отлично.
