You will be happy here.

The apartment was very nice. It was wasted on me alone for one night but now I know that I can bring my wife and she will be happy. There are several nice restaurants in the same block or you can prepare your own meals. There are also supermarkets near by. The host was friendly and helpful and spoke English very well.

That I did not stay longer to fully appreciate it.

Disastrous experience – Not practical with luggages, impossible to sleep due to surrounding noise.

The location.

None of the photos shown in the apartment listing matched the one I was actually given. In my previous bookings, I always had a large sofa where I could place and open my two suitcases. In this apartment, however, there was a pointless wall decoration exactly where the sofa should have been. I was forced to open my suitcases and sort my belongings on the floor (to the great detriment of my back and knees). On top of that, the whole point of renting an apartment is to be able to sleep. I needed a proper night’s rest before numerous meetings the next day. Instead, I only managed to fall asleep out of sheer exhaustion around 5:30 a.m., as the neighbour’s air-conditioning unit, mounted on their terrace, made an incessant mechanical noise that kept me awake all night. I sent a message at 1:30 a.m., but only received a reply at 9:00 a.m., offering to move me to another apartment. I did not want to risk ending up in the same situation again. I therefore decided to leave at 4:00 p.m. and go to another place instead of staying the extra night I had already paid for. At check-in, the manager did not have any change, so I agreed to leave the remaining €5 I owed them on the table. Since they never offered a partial refund for the sleepless night and for the next unused night, I assumed they were determined to collect the missing €5 from the booking. Which I did.

The whole apartment is comfortable and smells like new. The location is perfect, as you are in the middle of everything you need.

The arrival instructions for the premises were written for local residents who already live there, not for strangers arriving by taxi from the other side of the complex. Even people living in the buildings did not know what building no. 5 is. The entire set of instructions must be rewritten to reflect what strangers actually experience when arriving by taxi on the Arsenija Boljevića street. Also, the power sockets under the table are neither numerous nor practical for a digital nomad who needs connections.

Location was ideal for us, as we came for competition. Good that BIG fashion mall is near. We got also perfect parking space. It was nice to meet us at night, and show all the things. Kitchen was equipped good, we got also salt, sugar, coffee, tea. The bed in lining was comfortable. There is washing machine, hairdryer, iron.

I was pity that my room was without balcony, it would be cool for next time. I was a smell inside the room, but i think it because of smoking from previous guests.

Es muy espacioso. Nos gustó mucho la decoración. Está todo muy nuevo, y limpio. Tiene persianas, por lo que no entra claridad mientras duermes. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Tiene lavadora - secadora, y nos facilitaron más detergente cuando se lo pedimos. Tienes la opción de pagar en efectivo, y con tarjeta. El parking estaba incluido, y subes directamente al apartamento. La comunicación con el anfitrión por WhatsApp es constante, y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas

El plato de la ducha necesita productos especiales para quitar pequeñas manchas de moho que tenía.
