Very good stay in Podgorica!

- Parking garage was wonderful; - Central location in Podgorica + easy to drive outside of Podgorica; - Modern apartment; - Kind host who was waiting for us during our arrival + he replied quickly to texts.

- Floor wasn’t completely clean during arrival. I used the broom myself before taking off our shoes; - Kitchen wasn’t fully equipped. I missed salt & pepper and oil to bake in.

The modern apartment and convenient location

Because of work, I specifically chose that particular location as it suited my needs. The building is situated on the outskirts of the city, next to the local park (small forest), close to the university, a shopping center, and office buildings. The apartment we moved into was excellent, new, with brand-new furniture, and we were truly satisfied with our choice, both in terms of the location and how well the apartment was furnished. It also featured some smart solutions for controlling the blinds, air conditioning, lighting, and more.

While the apartment itself is modern and well-furnished, the kitchen equipment is quite basic and could use significant improvement. There are no proper knives, bottle openers, no coffee pot, and even the kitchen hood is not connected so if you cook and turn it on, the steam and odors just circulate into the kitchen cabinets. Additionally, the refrigerator has a specific unpleasant smell that doesn't go away easily. These are details that, if addressed, could greatly improve the overall experience.

so pleasant apartment with all the facilities that average tourists would need, simple but good tested arrangements, super kindness presenter! he helped us a lot, when we found our flight deleted 5 hours before their time and after check out. the place is pretty close to every point of interest, to the city center and to the aeroport as well, new building in new neuborhood, underground garage, lift, few restaurants and nice park really nearby. We enjoy a lot to eat at "green&protein" that stay on the first floor. super recommended!

Faboulous apartment in a new building complex with underground parking, lift, air condition,. Everything is new, modern and very clean. Spacious room and living room kitchen and bathroon with walk in shower. If you stay in podgorica look no more just perfect

There shiuld be a small trash bin in the bathroom as well. The air condition in the bedroom was making noises.

New apartments in a residential complex . Secured with underground parking spot for your apartment. Very clean and comfortable beds . Each apartment had one and a half bathroom. We were given two apartments next to each other, so it was very convenient.

40 minute walk to the city center . In a good weather, this is OK .
