Avoid!

Nothing.

The room was dirty on arrival. There was long black hair on the couch, the toilet seat was dirty, and the electric kettle and glasses were visibly dirty and unusable. A bottle of wine placed on the table for sale was already open and had clearly been tried by a previous guest. When my daughter turned on the TV, pornographic content was already on the screen, which is completely unacceptable for a family stay. When this was reported, the receptionist attempted to replace the kettle but brought another dirty one, then stated that all kettles were dirty. The hotel tried to compensate us with minibar items, which is not an appropriate response to such serious hygiene and safety issues. There was no outreach, apology, or follow-up from management at any point. Very poor hygiene standards and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families with children.

This apartment is very spacious and comfortable and the parking lot in the garage is convenient. We liked the staff and the owner.

Really nice apartments in a newly built quarter of the city. We were welcome by a friendly and helpful host at the reception. There are many restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance.

Great Location & Comfort – But Jacuzzi Was a Letdown

We stayed at an apartment and overall had a very good experience. The location was excellent—close to the city’s largest shopping mall and surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants, which made exploring and dining out super convenient. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, and we had everything we needed for a nice stay.

The one downside was the jacuzzi. We specifically chose this apartment for that feature, but unfortunately, it wasn’t clean enough. When we tried to use it, the water produced some dirt or residue when the bubbles started, which was off-putting. We ended up not using it at all.

If you wish a nice apartment, well located, with all services around, this is the one in Podgorica!

No breakfast is offered but there are coffee bars downstairs with excellent breakfast service. The location is really great, close to a huge shopping centre (Big Fashion), supermarkets, bakeries, etc. The staff is very kind and always helpful.

I was not explained how to keep functioning the boiler for hot water. This is an important issue. The air conditioning in the bedroom was not functioning.
