Excelente departamento y ubicación pero mala experiencia con el anfitrión.

El departamento era excelente, la distribución, iluminación, baño, confort, ubicación y todos accesorios que acompañaban al inmueble cumplían o superaban mis expectativas. Totalmente recomendable este lugar. Todo lo bueno del departamento compensó el mal rato del check in y la suciedad de la terraza.

La limpieza del interior de departamento estaba muy bien pero la terraza estaba muy sucia, parecía que hubo una fiesta y que nadie limpió después ya que se encontraba con muchas colillas de cigarrillos, cenizas y otros restos de cosas. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue pésima. Si bien reconozco una parte de culpa al haber reservado este departamento el mismo día de mi llegada debo mencionar que al llegar a la ciudad me comuniqué con el anfitrión y fui a l dirección que este me dio para recoger las llaves y luego me fui a la dirección del departamento que arrendé por booking sin embargo no pude entrar. En ese momento le escribí al anfitrión y después de una hora de espera me responde y me dice que él me había informado que tuvo que hacer cambio de departamento por un error en la disponibilidad que aparecía en booking y que el departamento era ese donde había retirado las llaves. Yo la verdad no tuve problemas en aceptar ese cambio, mi evaluación viene mal porque en realidad nunca me había informado sobre este cambio y porque entre cada mensaje que nos enviábamos pasaba 1 hora. Llegué a la ciudad a las 8 y recién a medianoche pude ingresar.

Tesis sahibiyle iletişim de çok zorlandık. Vaktin de gelmedi! Booking de gösterilen evle bizi götürdüğü ev farklı ev çıktı, eşim de farkında olmadan kabul etmiş oldu ve parasını verdi. Eve gittiğim de farklı olduğunu anladım. Eve girer girmez pis koktuğunu hemen anlıyorsunuz. Banyo, duşakabin, lavabo iğrençti. Koltuk pislik içindeydi. Kendisiyle iletişim kurup bebeğimizin olduğunu bu pis evde kalamayacağımızı söylediğimiz halde mesajlarımızı okuyup cevap vermedi. Kesinlikle ilgilenmedi bizimle. Booking de farklı bir ev gösterip başka bir eve yönlendirmesi 2. Defa başımıza geliyor. İlkin de kabul etmedik ama ikincisin de bebeğim yorgun olduğu için, bilinçsizce kabul etmek zorunda kaldık. KESİNLİKLE TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM!
