Warm, cosy, comfortable flat in a convenient and quiet street.

Location was right in town, about 5mins walk from Shakespeare's Birthplace and 10mins to RSC. Maybird Shopping Park is a short drive away. Flat was cosy and warm and nicely decorated for Christmas.

A previous occupier had boiled milk in the electric kettle which we had to clean out. Space was tight especially up the stairs, in the bedrooms and shower. The angle of the showerhead installation required some body flexibility.

A very comfortable & cosy cottage providing lots of amenities & very well located.

The cottage is ideally located within easy walking distance of all that Stratford has to offer. The provision of coffee, tea, sugar & milk was an added bonus together with handsoaps & washing up liquid were little touches that made our stay even more comfortable. Justin & Angel were really helpful & provided lots of useful information. We had a great weekend & would definitely recommend the cottage.

A downstairs toilet would have been ideal.

Only issue was to do with the bathroom where the basin was behind the toilet but we managed and understand it was to do with limited space.

Great spot for exploring Stratford!

Very central, close to all local attractions and amenities. Hosts very responsive to any questions. Comfortable and well equipped for I’d say up to four people!

Updated photos would be beneficial; we’d planned for one of us to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room but that’s no longer there. Parking in front street was busy around check in time. We found it easier to park elsewhere and then move the car to the included parking later in the evening.

Lovely cottage in fantastic location

Fantastic location with only a 5 minute walk into town, down to the river and the local attractions. We had no issue with parking and got a park directly outside the cottage which owners had arranged a parking permit for. The cottage itself good size, especially lounge, dining and kitchen area. Bed was comfortable and the place was very warm. Milk, tea, coffee and sugar provided.

Bathroom very small. Small sink is over the back of the toilet and made it difficult to wash hands and clean teeth without getting water everywhere. Shower very cramped. It is longer than it is wider so not great for a larger person especially when trying to open the door. No face cloths or shower mat provided. We were given one hand towel which we ended up using as a shower mat. Towels need up grading. They were quite rough and had some marks on them. No shampoo provided but this did not worry us as had our own, yet there were 2 body washes. We also had to wash dishes before we could use them. The mugs and plates I got out of the cupboard were not clean. Also 1 dinner plate had a couple of large chips in it. Please note these are observations and didn't deter from a lovely stay

Coffee Pot Cottage

The cottage was in a good position for the main area in Stratford and was clean and comfortable.

The stairs were very steep and it was close to a busy main road which made the front bedroom noisy at night.

Amazing location, clean apartment and lovely cream teas nearby :)

I rarely leave reviews, but i have to with this one. Great place to stay. It is central to the main town centre and not even 5 minute walk to Shakespeares birthplace. Very pretty and cute and perfect for a couple/two couples, or small family. Parking worked wonders and the hosts ensured we were all registered electronically, so we did not get a ticket. The double rooms were lovely, with soft pillows and soft quilt cover.

Only one issue, as the place is pretty much 9.5/10. If you have sensitive hearing, or you are woken up easily by car noise, do not sleep in the room on the left side (on top of the living room). The car noise is too loud for me (i have auditory sensory issues). If you can sleep through car noise, then you will be fine! I guess that is what you sacrifice for an amazing location - so bring some earbuds just in case! I cannot say anything else negative, as its such an amazing property.

Great! I would definitely stay again

- Location was fantastic - round the corner from the town centre - House was clean and comfortable - milk in the fridge was a nice touch - Hosts were really responsive

- The bathroom/shower area is small with no space to put your bits. Not the fault of the hosts but it would be nice to include a little shower caddy or something along those lines - Parking was a little faffy as we had to wait a while to get a space outside of the property. But the hosts were prompt with their response and quickly sent us instructions re parking at the rear of the property

Good sized house & clean Very helpful owners who responded very promptly on our queries and gave very good tips on restaurants. The fish & chips in particular @ the simple and unpretentious Kingfisher restaurant were very good!

The ‘funny’ layout of the sink in the shared bathroom on the upper floor but it’s ok for 2 nights stay. We just used the sink in the kitchen on the lower floor for brushing teeth.

The location is very convenient to the centre of Stratford upon Avon. It was nice to have an outside seating area.

It was ok for us, but the ‘Jack & Jill’ bathroom wouldn’t be for everyone.

Very clean, well presented house with parking so an ideal base for exploring Startford. Very comfy beds!

The bathroom is very small and a bit of a weird set up being between the two bedrooms. One of the couches in the living room is incredibly uncomfortable.

Comfortable well decorated space close to old town.

Plenty of space and well decorated. Plenty of pillows on beds. Having a electric fan to help clothes dry and get a breeze on a warm night was nice. Location very convenient close to old town. Was worried about the prepaid street parking, but we never had a issue finding a space. Host checked in with us via message to make sure we found and understood parking.

Bed was not very comfortable. Couldn't find a hair dryer.

Great central location with street parking permit. Well designed accommodation, well equipped and well furnished. Hosts arranged an earlier check in and baby cot - much appreciated.

Everything was very good. The interconnecting bathroom was fairly small. It was ok for our family (with an 14 yr old son and baby) but perhaps and better suited to a family than two couples.

Great location, a huge amount of care has been taken over the decoration and furnishing in this property. It's small, but they've thought of everything and as a result it feels much larger than it is :-)

Firstly, we stayed at the end of a cycling holiday. We had been booking only places where toiletries were included (a small point but it saves lugging them around in panniers), but when we got here, there was only shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner. Also, be aware that this property has an interconnecting bathroom - accessible from both bedrooms. This may not be suitable for some.
