🪪 Before check-in: photo ID, and either a £150 refundable damage deposit (a hold on your card, released after check-out) or a non-refundable damage waiver (£14.99 for 1–2 nights, £24.99 for 3+ nights) covering accidental damage up to £150
🧹 Stays of 14 nights or more have a mid-stay clean each week, at £35 a clean. Booked through Airbnb or another booking site? We'll ask you to pay for these separately.
🐶 Pets welcome by request: £39.99 per pet (non-refundable), up to 2. Please ask before you book and we'll confirm in writing. Pets must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture.
