About this apartment rental

Our newly refurbished apartment is close to The Royal Shakespeare Company, restaurants and dining. Its' location is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre, situated in Old Town. The apartment is ideal for couples or families. This beautifully appointed and stylish first floor maisonette peacefully situated in the HEART OF OLD TOWN WITH VIEWS OUT TOWARDS HOLY TRINITY CHURCH. The property is set well back and enjoys a most discrete location being within an EASY STROLL OF STRATFORD TOWN CENTRE. Holy Trinity Church is a 4 minute walk away (William Shakespeare’s last resting place) The Royal Shakespeare Company and the many fine restaurants and Inns are a 10 minute walk (0.5 mile). Our accommodation has just been modernised and has a well equipped kitchen including oven, ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher.

My parents stayed here whilst building work took place, I was worried where to place them but this worked out well for them and the had a great time. Clean, all the mod cons. Parents came back with new ideas to make changes to their home

We had a lovely few days at Sarah's apartment. Everything was provided that we needed. We didn't meet Sarah but she was very helpful and kept in touch by email and text. It was very warm while we were there so it did get quite stuffy inside, but not much anyone could do about that. The second bedroom was a little cosy for our 2 older teenagers sharing.

The apartment owner Sarah met us on day one with coffee, tea and even a bottle of “white” in the fridge! Very convenient location and totally secure in close proximity to everything. Shower hot water is an issue. Scalding hot or cold. No in between. The solution is easy though, a bath.

This apartment is located in a quiet street yet still close to the centre of Stratford-Upon-Avon so we could walk to the theatre, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and had the amenities we needed. There was also off-street parking, which is important since you can only park on the streets of Stratford for two hours. Sarah was lovely and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and recently renovated. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Sarah was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone.
